Thank you for your feedback. From looking at our order tracking system, your new stroller was delivered 1 working day after your order on Friday 18th July. I am not sure how much faster you had expected your new stroller to be delivered.
Furthermore, we have not received any email or live chat from you informing us that something was missing from your order. You only ordered 1 item from our website which shows as successfully delivered so we are not sure what missing items you are referrnig to. Please reply to your order confirmation email if something is missing so that we can rectify it and if it has been lost in transit we can of course look to correct this with a replacement. We also noticed you put a non-UK phone number on your order which meant we were not able to contact you by phone to confirm that the delivery was received and that all was OK like we do with all of our customers following an online order.

Fantastic shopping experience.
Fantastic customer service, order was followed by a phone call confirming what I ordered, which was incorrect as I clicked on wrong colour so gentleman amended this for me, arrived next day (free delivery too). Definitely recommend and will absolutely use this company again,

Misleading sale
With only one month left until our baby is due, we decided it was the right time to order a nursery furniture set.
We found Tots on the move had a ‘sale’ on products so decided to browse through products until we found the perfect set. We placed our order for the ‘Ickle Bubba Snowdon Classic Sleigh 2-Piece Nursery Furniture Set × 1’ which had a sales advert reduced from £689 to £289, we thought we had a bargain… until the carpet was pulled from our feet. We received an email a couple of days after purchase stating the order had been cancelled due to incorrect pricing. I sought advice from citizens advice regarding where I stood in this situation. I was told that if the product was advertised as a sale then the price should be honoured for the company’s error. After multiple emails back and forth, I sent screenshots of the sale and the advertisement to be told it was “clearly a mistake” and the most the company was willing to offer as a final resolution was a 5% discount off the original price of £689 which I thought was a complete insult and caused much upset.
The communication with the seller I can not fault as we received replies almost immediately but we are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided.

As per our terms and conditions, which are in line with UK consumer law, we are not obligated to honour prices that are clearly incorrect and if payment has not been processed or the order dispatched. We understand this was a disappointing outcome for you, and we offered a goodwill gesture in the form of a small discount as an acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. As a small business this was what we were able to offer. We are sorry this was not a good enough gesture for you on this occasion and hope you understand that as a small business, unlike bigger businesses, we cannot simply absorb a £400 loss on a product due to a temporary error on our website.
We appreciate your kind words about our communication, and our team worked promptly to address your concerns and provide clarity. We are sorry that our resolution did not meet your expectations, but we believe it was a fair approach in this situation.
