TD Driving App Anmeldelser

What an amazing app controls both diaries and finances and also generates extra income by offering lesson gaps when a student has cancelled or I have a gap available it prompt students to book. I genuinely couldn’t do the job as easy without the app.

Great app that helps me sort out my diary from new customers to active customers. It’s also great for my finance records and has loads of other benefits too. My students love using it to as it helps them achieve their goals.

Great app, easy to work with and my pupils love it

As an instructor, I have been using TotalDrive for my business for 5 years now. It does everything from managing my diary, my accounts, pupils records of progress and payments and takes card payments for me.
I would never do this job without it.
On the rare occasion there are issues with the app, TotalDrive support is second to none. It's fixed in no time.
I wouldn't use a different app for my business.

Everything you need to run your diary. No need to worry about updates as all your information and bookings are saved.

The simplicity of use, students really engage with the App too and think it’s really cool! From a business perspective, it’s well priced and allows a selection of features based on personal preference and requirements. The staff are excellent and always get back to you if any questions or queries too. It makes running my business much easier, I’ve used it for around 6/7 years and would be lost without it.

It’s a great app, makes my job so much easier and students love it.
One thing I would like to have on the app in the finance summary which is available on the desktop version

Makes my life so much easier!

I’ve been using Total Drive for a number of years now and just couldn’t operate without it now. The staff are always responsive to any issues and often ask for beta testing or feedback on other ideas.

Absolutely brilliant app for Instructors and students, especially the gaps you can put up on your diary

I’ve been using TotalDrive for many years now and it’s made my work much more productive.
Any issues I’ve had (very little) have been dealt with promptly.
I would recommend TotalDrive to any driving instructor.

I’m a driving instructor and Total Drive has been a massive help in managing my business. It’s not just a diary — it also helps with accounts, pupil records, and keeping everything organised in one place.

The app is really easy to use and saves me loads of time. I can send lesson reminders to customers, keep track of their progress, and manage my day without any stress.

It’s clearly been designed with instructors in mind and makes running my business so much smoother. I wouldn’t be without it now and would definitely recommend it to other driving instructors.

Total Drive is really great. It takes care of lots of the admin side of our work, it really engages my pupils, and looks really professional. Thanks everyone at Total Drive

Totaldrive Diary system is excellent. I used a paper diary for 38 years but would never go back.

The Gap feature alone means it pays for itself. If a pupil cancels, you add that slot as a gap in your diary. A notification gets sent immediately to all pupils, and the gap is usually booked within minutes!

You also get a FREE Esso fuel card, which saves me money every time I fill up.

There are so many features, but here are a few:

Record Income & Expenses making it easy for end of year accounts.

The pupil app is excellent.
Automatic lesson reminders were sent 48 hours before the lesson, reducing no-shows.

Notify the pupil you are 'on the way' and 'arrived.'

Maps feature gives directions to the pupil's home.

Record Pupil Progress.
Reflective logs, you can edit.
Waiting list.
Record driving test results.
Record mock test results.
Send messages (Individually or to all pupils).
Record income & expenses very easily with just a few clicks.

To start with, I'd advise using Totaldrive alongside your paper diary for a few weeks. You'll soon see how easy it is to use.

Fantastic App easy to use pupils love it

A great app, saves me loads of time

Total Drive is an excellant addition to my business allowing me more time to concentrate on what I do best. Always looking forward in new ideas to help us grow our business.

An excellent app.
My pupils love checking on their progress, and as an instructor it's very helpful that I can check on what has been covered, or what may still need to be covered or improved.

I love a Total Drive. Makes my life much easier as I can take payments through TD, make notes on lessons which pupils can see also and record expenses too.

Excellent app user friendly great support from the team wouldn’t be without it they are always looking to improve the app as well.
