These guys are top class
These guys are top class! Very saturated market when it comes to 350z parts but these are the only people I will order from when possible! They know what they are talking about and are quick to act! Nice to deal with genuine people rather than drop ship company’s that have no product knowledge.

I would highly recommend this company. The mk1 golf airlift suspension i have ordered had a estimated delivery time of 5+ days from all companys listing this item. So i contacted Torqen via there whatsapp where they helped and guided me through the purchase and to top it of had the parts that I ordered at my garage ready to be installed within 2 days of purchase ! . One of the best places I have purchased from in a long time and would definitely use them again.

Top marks, would use again.
Ordered some parts from Torqen……..turns out to be quite a while ago coming to think of it…….but that’s the point of this review. Despite the delays which were no way related to these guys but instead manufacturing delays from the suppliers, I can’t knock the service I received. They did the chasing (which was good!) and I had plenty of updates. I would use again in a heart beat. This was a set of anti-roll bars from Dinan for an E39.

Poor quality torqen sports cat 350z
I bought some torqen nissan 350z sports catalytic converter. Have been fitted less than 3 yrs just failed MOT on emissions. Mechanics stated they were cracked and the welding was poor.
Very disappointed in Torquen own product.

We find your review misleading and unfairly directed at TORQEN as a company rather than the product itself.
You purchased TORQEN High Flow Cats on 19/05/2021, and as clearly stated in the product description, these are racing/track-use only and not designed for road use or to pass UK MOT emissions tests. While some may pass, this is not guaranteed, and we make this explicitly clear at the point of sale.
Additionally, these parts came with a 2-year warranty, which expired on 19/05/2023. You have not contacted us at any point to report issues, and now, over 3 years and 9 months later, you are blaming us for wear and tear. These are high-performance components subjected to extreme conditions, and expecting them to last indefinitely—especially beyond their warranty period—is unreasonable.
Leaving a negative review against TORQEN as a company instead of the product misrepresents the situation and could mislead other customers. If you had concerns within the warranty period, we would have gladly assisted. If you’d like to discuss this further, feel free to reach out, but we stand by the quality and intended use of our products.

I have used TORQEN multiple times for the purchases on my build, they aren’t the cheapest around (or the most expensive) but the customer service is absolutely second to none. Also for the sake of a couple pound difference compared to some other sites the customer service, the quick delivery, the desire to help at any cost, and the time saved by them doing the hard work on what’s best for your car for if you reach out, means I will continue to use TORQEN regularly and HIGHLY recommend them. Long waiting times
Well my order was out in 10 of November arrived end of January so not very happy, it showed as stock but it was not . It arrived so that’s that . Might was just being unlucky, I I’ll give them an other chance..
Second order placed arrived week after very good communication / check with them prior ordering the reply pretty quick.

Ordered a piece for my car on February 2024 and it arrived after almost a whole year, not only that but once it arrived the hardware and instructions were missing from the package. I can’t say I’m totally disappointed because in the end the part arrived and I managed to install it anyway, it’s just a shame what happened with the instructions. Customer service is ok, they respond but not quickly.
