Ordered LED car coasters & did not receive. Tracking was not updating, but when I reached out to communicate I had not received my order , next day it updated with a delivery date in the past tense. AutoYunn communicated that item delivered and would not refund. $44.84

I ordered Eptchn Universal Silicone Car Door Cover Protectors for two cars. One was the wrong model – it doesn't fit. The other was delivered in white, even though it was ordered in black. My request for a refund was met with delay after delay. First, they offered 20% of the purchase price, then 40%, and then 60%. When I explained that I wasn't willing to pay anything at all for Eptchn Universal Silicone Car Door Cover Protectors that didn't fit or were the wrong color, they simply stopped responding.

They did take a while to ship, but they did ship.And the seatbelt extenders , worked. They Have horrible reviews , but they did right by me

Ordered a BMW Keyring with the official Logo but was sent a cheap grey keyring that looked nothing like the video.
They wouldn't take it back or send me the correct keyring as advertised as not cost effective, they just offered me a partial refund of £3. I have sent numerous emails which they have ignored.
I will never buy from them again and must warn anyone to NOT TO BUY FROM AUTOYUNN as their products are poor quality and customer service shocking 😡😡

Tried to ask for a delivery date. They sent me a link to an app that you need to pay for to find out the delivery date. Then when I hit them up about it they canceled my order.

Such losers and scammers. Don’t buy from them.

Rattles like crazy. Working on a fix of my own. I drive for Uber so I’m in the car all day…listening. It would also be nice if they sold the boxes of tissues that fit inside like it shows. Nothing fits, you have to dissect a full size box.

Absolute scam! Ordered 3 car coasters. Arrived after 6 weeks (and numerous emails to chase them up) and NONE of them worked. Sent email requesting replacement or refund. They offered replacement. Nothing ever arrived. Now I am not even receiving a response to emails.

I. Brought 2 sets for the coaster for my ford bronco all 4 coaster do not work. I have emailed them twice in the last two weeks. No response at all. Can not trust them for services. Plus it took a really long time to get them

Delivery went wrong but that was down to the carrier, when I eventually received the product (tracker tab) I have been unable to get it to work at all, the app only tells me where my phone is and how long ago I moved away from the tracker. No reply form Autoyunn but they still have my money.

Never received the product. Tracking link doesn't work. Won't respond to emails. Don't buy from them. Chinese scam.

Ordered hyundai light up coasters and a magnetic phone holder, received volvo coasters and a phone holder with an extremely weak magnet that wouldn't even hold my phone. Emailed and they agreed to send replacements, received volvo again and another stand with a weak magnet. Complained to PayPal but couldn't get my money back. Avoid unless you drive a volvo lol!

I ordered a phone holder mat from them before New Year’s. They claimed they shipped it, but the package was later returned to the sender. I contacted them and explained that I never received anything — the tracking clearly showed it was sent back somewhere in Chicago.

They replied saying they would “check everything.” I waited a long time, and only after several emails they sent me another tracking number, not through Shop, but through some suspicious “internal” tracking system. According to that tracking, the package was supposedly on the way, but then it was returned to the sender again.

This is clearly a money scam. They create fake shipping activity, keep sending emails like “we are investigating,” but the product never arrives and they never refund the money.

Yes, it’s only about $20, but it’s not about the amount — it’s about the fact that they are dishonest and fraudulent. I’m now planning to buy the same item somewhere else. I even found the exact same mat on Temu for $12, and at least Temu is a reliable platform.

SCAM COMPANY! Do not waste your money. Purchased light up coasters for my car 10 weeks ago, have still not received. I have sent about 10 emails they respond with generic email about checking your tracking ref (I already done this as I’ve told them multiple times, ref confirms still not delivered). They simply ignore my emails don’t know how they are able to get away with scamming so many people!

I purchased a set of light up coasters for my car and it has taken two months for them to arrive. I received an email stating that my package was available at the nearest post office for pick up which by the post office was explained to me that the reason why the package wasn’t delivered to my address is because there was fraud with the label. The post office is not able to find the package at this point since it’s somewhere in the post office and I would have to pay for the shipping which is more than the product. I have emailed the company several times and I still have yet to hear back from them. I would not purchase from this company. Please save your money.
