Great Get Well Gift Basket
I ordered the basket to wish my sister a speedy recovery from her surgery. It was an easy process to place the order. It arrived on time without any delivery issues. She loves it.

Chocolate melted/no refund
The driver didn’t knock or ring the doorbell and just left the gift basket outside in the sun. My family didn’t find it until three hours later so the cheese was inedible, the meats were inedible, and the chocolate was melted. They tossed the cheese & meats and put the chocolate in the fridge to harden. I reached out to customer service and they asked for photos, so I sent them photos of the melted chocolate and explained my family had already tossed the other items (I live in a different province so they didn’t even send me the chocolate photos until the next day - our first thought wasn’t “document to get a refund”). They replied saying although the chocolate is melted, it’s still edible, so no refund (I wish I could attach a photo because they looked horrible - the chocolate bar melted into a weird blob and the truffles melted to the roof of the box lol). They also said because I didn’t document the cheese & meats, even though they “always refund those items if somethings wrong”, they can’t do anything about it. I understand that you need photo proof even though a picture of old warm cheese looks the same as fresh cheese, but I think it’s crazy they weren’t even willing to do anything about the chocolate. Horrible customer service. They clearly don’t care about their clientele. I’ve actually ordered multiple times from this company so I’m not a first time customer, but I will never order with them again. And I’d highly recommend you stay away as well. If they leave the baskets unattended, food could easily be tampered with or stolen. Just not safe practices at all. I’ve had better service with edible arrangements and hazeltons and other companies.
