My ordered item arrived incomplete
My ordered item, a 20V cordless blower arrived promptly, but it was missing a vital part, the 20V rechargeable battery. The postage package arrived unopen, and I had to remove the tape from the opening tab on the box, but the bottom of the box had obviously been opened, so I can only conclude that the rechargeable battery had been removed from the box prior to postage.

My drill arrived quickly. I feel it could have as all drills should come with 2 batteries. but other than that device seems sturdy, however I have been to ill to test it yet.
