Toplex Anmeldelser

My washing machine expired on the Thursday evening and Toplex delivered my new one just 2 days later. The delivery drivers were bang on time and really helpful. I had never heard of this company previously and when they popped up on my search, I realised they were fairly local. Excellent price, simple ordering process, free delivery with both a choice of day and a 4 hour window, free removal of all packaging. Absolutely everything about this service from the ordering to receiving the goods was spot on. Will undoubtedly use this company again. Very happy to find both excellent customer service and quality products at the right price.

The machine arrived when it was meant to, the lads were very friendly. They went above and beyond what they had to do. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I will certainly use them again.

From ordering to the free delivery of the freezer, this was a good experience. The Website answered all my queries in choosing the model & offered me a next day delivery slot. The delivery men unpacked and delivered it into my kitchen and even plugged it in for me!

Same day delivery and the delivery team were early. They took the old appliance away and all the packaging.

Great job!

Your service was excellent from start to finish. All done within a day.

Great price, free delivery and next day!

A friend highly recommended Toplex to me, I am really happy with the whole experience, I asked for help online when I was choosing my Indesit mytime washing machine and Carl was extremely helpful, I placed my order and opted for installation and recycling, I chose a delivery slot suitable for me and the van turned up within the allocated time, I was really pleased with the installation, the two guys did a fantastic job and they were really quick, I was given a tutorial on the different wash programmes, I will definitely recommend to friends and family

I bought from Toplex online, due to them being an established local retailer. They had exactly what I wanted, and at an excellent price. They delivered for free and the delivery guys were polite and courteous. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family, and buy from again.

Great price. Quick and friendly service. Appointment time given at point of order and adhered to. Perfect

Fast delivery and product in excellent condition.

Excellent service. Next day delivery within a specified 2 hour slot. Delivery staff were pleasant, efficient and helpful. Fridge is working well so far.

After considering all options toplex was the best value for money. Ordering online was easy, being able to pick a day and time slot was so good and delivery itself faultless. All in all a good experience. Will definitely use them again.

I bought a Bosch double oven for my parents to replace their old one. After a couple of pages on Google of looking for the best price, Toplex appeared. I was a bit wary, as they were the cheapest price and I'd never heard of them. A quick search revealed they are part of the Euronics brand with a few local shops north of Manchester, great as my parents live in south Manchester. The options they give you for recycling, removing packaging, delivery and a fitting service - all much cheaper than all of the national chains. The fitting service also gives you a 3-4 hour time window for delivery, even better as the nationals all do not give such a well defined window. The 2 fitting people delivered on time, removed everything, installed the oven and showed my parents how to turn it on and work it, they are in their 90's and we're pleased as anything. Absolutely brilliant and easily over £100 cheaper than the national chains. Well done Toplex.
