Visited Tooth Club Chelmsford and had a really pleasant experience. Both Rachels were amazing in how they dealt with me and I would definitely recommend this branch based on the level of customer care I experienced.

Had a Free consultation with Amelia from the maidstone branch. She was so helpful and made me feel so at ease with being nervous for my treatment.

Tooth club Stevenage is amazing the reception stuff are so helpful and nice and the manager is so nice.

I’ve just had my composite bonding done at Tooth Club Sutton and I couldn’t be happier!

Juanita, the manager who did my consultation, was incredibly welcoming and informative. All the girls at the practice are just the same — so friendly and professional. Everyone made me feel comfortable and completely at ease from the moment I walked in.

Joydeep, my dentist, explained the whole procedure clearly and made sure I felt relaxed throughout. I’m absolutely over the moon with my new smile and can’t recommend them enough.

AVOID!!

Ipswich branch cannot be bothered to email me back since 10th February.

I’ve sent several emails to them with no response, they are intent on ignoring me when I have an active finance agreement with them and have not had any information about my treatment, only that I cannot have it.

They are only interested in signing you up, if you have questions or need extra support they will ignore you. Avoid at all costs.

The card details have been confirmed and cleared up however I have requested my terms and conditions from tooth club and Tabeo several times since 10th February and neither party seems to be able to provide these.
I have gone on my portal and can’t download them from there, the emails I get back are about direct debits instead of the terms and conditions document as requested.

I visited the tooth club and was really impressed their customer care was fantastic I had a check up and was given great advice the staff were professional and friendly

I had a very upsetting experience with the practice manager. She was rude, standoffish, and extremely confrontational in her approach. I had traveled a very long distance specifically for this appointment, which made the situation even more disappointing.

During my appointment, she raised a payment issue that had already been discussed and pre-approved by multiple other staff members. Instead of handling it calmly or privately, she addressed it in an aggressive and “in your face” manner.

Her behavior was so inappropriate and intimidating that she made me cry in the middle of my appointment. I felt completely humiliated. Out of embarrassment, I tried to act like everything was fine afterward, but that does not excuse how unprofessional the situation was — especially as there were multiple witnesses present.

When I later requested a refund because of how I was treated, she attempted to act as though nothing had happened. The lack of accountability was extremely disappointing.

While I was there, I also noticed that her tone toward other staff members was not pleasant. She spoke to them in a way that came across as harsh and unnecessarily nasty, which only reinforced my concerns about her professionalism and leadership. Overall, her focus seemed heavily centered on money and sales, to the point where I felt she was more concerned about payment than patient care.

What makes this even more disappointing is that my son previously attended this practice under the former manager, who seemed far more caring, kind, and professional. The contrast in management style was very noticeable.

For privacy reasons, I will not be adding my name to this review.

A practice manager should lead with respect, empathy, and discretion — especially when handling sensitive matters like finances. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

SOUTHEND TOOTH CLUB.
I saw toothclub all over instagram December 2024 and was thinking about getting composite bonding done.
Therefore I reached out to them via WhatsApp and they transferred me over to a woman called Dani. I was excited and eager for the treatment. Dani then WhatsApp called me 10 minutes into speaking and did a consultation for my teeth over a video call. I did think this was strange but just went along with it. She said what treatment I need and the costs and basically forced me to sign up before I even visited the actual place. Then I went to go for a consultation face to face and got turned away saying I had it on the video call. And then didn’t have another appointment until February. I went to this appointment and was told it was a free consultation which confused me as they turned me away last time. The dentist then said that I would need add ons and there’s risks of my crown breaking away and needing an implant on top of the bonding. The dentist was nice and said I could go away thinking about it and have the option to cancel. Therefore I did go away and decide it is too much hassle and did not want the risk of having to get an implant in my front tooth. So I messaged Dani cancelling which she ignored so I did it again and she said I could not cancel even though it was less then 14 days from my appointment with the dentist. Finally Dani agreed over the telephone. Yet they still took multiple payments including one coming out today over a year on from the whole situation. Altogether they have taken £400 from me yet I went there once and had no treatment done. Dani has not contacted me since last February after agreeing over the phone. Toothclub is unprofessional and I’d advice anyone to go to another dentist and to look at all the negative reviews before even considering going with them. I have screenshots of payments taken from them and screenshots of me cancelling and being ignored. I’m not happy and want to be refunded!

I had a full set of composite bonding done today at Loughton by Vimaal Chohan, I am so so happy with how they’ve turned out!! Couldn’t be better. He was thorough with explaining the procedure and made sure I was happy throughout. I couldn’t recommend enough! Thankyou Jodi 😊

I received a Instagram giveaway well so I thought. Upon having the video consultation with a girl who yes was pleasant and nice, seemed to have absolutely no qualifications in what she was saying. They seem to guess the pricing depending on the client and the £1000 off on the giveaway was not taken off the actual price, they are a con. They think doing a giveaway will increase their sales however we aren't stupid and understand what the company are trying to do. A really unprofessional, unorganised business. I can't comment on my experience about the actual procedure because I declined this but reading ALOT of reviews and videos from others that have, I am so glad I will be going elsewhere. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

If I could give zero stars I would! My experience at Tooth Club, Station Rd in Loughton has been terrible. The treatment to fit a crown and subsequent visits for adjustments have completely ruined my teeth. I can no longer chew comfortably, my teeth no longer meet at the front and I have been left with constant pain and discomfort. They have taken no accountability for their incompetence. After promising to help fix the issues, they did nothing but try to wash their hands of me by referring me to hospital who also did nothing. I will be reporting them to the GDC and contacting GCS to try and get a refund in addition to starting a negligence claim for the months of suffering. The team at this practice do not have enough experience and if they believe what they did is OK, they should not be practising. Stay away from this dental practice!!!

Had my first consultation appointment today at Orpington with Fliss the Practice Manager regarding composite bonding, she was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly about what treatments best suited me and options of payments. Can’t wait for my treatments to begin!!

I wanted to share what excellent treatment I have had at Tooth Club Tunbridge Wells today. Firstly perviously from the practice manager Felicity who was excellent and very thoughtful in the way she helped me with a previous issue.
Then today I had a lovely dentist Maria Papagianni-Douma. review my teeth. She was superb, guiding me through the process and giving me some great advice for ongoing care. Thank you all.

What can I say! For a good year I have had problems with my teeth via nhs and also pregnancy hormones, i was always wanting composite bonding done but i just kept holding back as i was so worried. I suffer with lack of confidence as it is about my teeth, I went to visit tooth club the other day because I was looking for the best place near me due to not wanting to go to turkey like other people have been then having to go back because of problems! I really would like to say how skilled and experienced these guys are! My teeth look so different, they have kept the shape of my teeth and have achieved my bit to be more comfortable. I am absolutely delighted with the work I had done with these guys! I was really self-conscious about my smile, but after my treatment, I can finally laugh and take pictures with confidence. The end result is better than I could have asked for. All the team in there are so straight forward and great to get along with felt very comfortable
Would like to say Toni was absolutely amazing with me she just felt like a family member straight away, so easy to get along with!! I can definitely say they are not stuck up at all like some other dentist!
To anyone that don’t want to spend a lot of money and travel far like abroad theses are the place to go! Really have done what I wanted if I was to travel abroad

Really impressed with the hygienist Javaria at the tooth club, Southend. Teeth cleaning can be quite painful at times but Javaria was very gentle, but thorough and the results were amazing. Great job. Also a big shout out to Agne who repaired my chipped front tooth. Brilliant job! What an artist! Thank you.

I had composite bonding done at Tooth Club and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Dr Awa and nurse Ellie were an absolute dream team — professional, reassuring, and genuinely caring from start to finish.
The treatment itself was carried out with such precision, and the results look incredibly natural. A few days later I noticed a slight interference when biting, but what really impressed me was how quickly they fitted me in — no fuss at all. I was seen ASAP and the issue was fixed perfectly, which made me feel so well looked after.
Exceptional service, and a team that can truly go above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tooth Club to anyone considering composite bonding — they’re simply brilliant

Tooth club Halstead. So my appointment was 9.30 I arrived on time, the 2 receptionists weren't particularly friendly to begin with, no water no coffee no compassion or warm welcome, the dentist Aya Zaghwan who was to do my composite bonding was 30 minutes late and arrived at 10am, not overly apologetic and checked my teeth to just say it can't be done, fair enough even though there other branch said it was fine as did my nhs dentist and one other, who I now will use. Now they reckon my refund could take 28 days! All very unsatisfactory and a poor experience.
