I went to the clinic in Marylebone to have composite bonding done.
And my experience with them was absolutely fantastic!
The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and made me feel at ease even over the phone before I had met any of them.
He was very kind in giving me travel routes and great places to eat and drink and things to do around the area.
Along with the aftercare for my composite bonding.
Dr Joseph was who carried out the work for me, and he has done an absolutely amazing job!
I can not fault them!
He has listened to what I wanted and advised on what’s best etc.
He carried out my expectations, so I am absolutely over the moon about that.
I had these done back in March, and wanted to wait a while before writing a review, as I did have them done previously at a different clinic, which they did very poorly, so I had them removed- ( the ones that hadn’t fallen out within 3 weeks)
- so with it being a decent amount of time after Dr Joseph had completed my teeth, it’s only right I fill out this review on the outstanding work he has carried out.
Thank you so much, I have had so many compliments from people about them, and would definitely recommend them.

AVOID – Highly Unprofessional

This practice took a 25% deposit and has since been extremely difficult to deal with. They have repeatedly ignored my partner’s calls, often saying they’ll call back but never following through. Communication has been very poor throughout.

I’ve also sent emails and was promised a callback from the practice manager, Nicole, but have heard nothing. The lack of response and accountability is very disappointing.

I would strongly recommend paying a bit more elsewhere for a service that actually values customer care.

Before I explain my experience the customer service is shocking at this company. You need to call multiple times during the day to even get through to anyone. Another thing is your warranty is only 3 months long and you will see exactly why it is so short once you have read my review.

First of all a day before my composite bonding appointment they called me to cancel it due to something not arriving in time, I already had my trains booked and paid for as well as a day booked off work, which I explained and made it clear i can not rearrange my appointment especially with less then 24 hours notice.

Anyway I got my top 10 composite bonding complete in February in which i was happy with how they looked however, 2 days later one of my front composites completely fell off. Bear in mind i live 4 hours away from the clinic.
I got in touch with the clinic eventually after several times trying to call and booked an emergency appointment a few days later to get it fixed, resulting in taking a day off my new job unpaid. Train fares cost me £100 to get to London and back which the manager Nicole said they will compensate for me. I woke up for my appointment and saw an email sent at midnight whilst i was obviously asleep saying my appointment was cancelled, this caused me an awful lot of stress and anxiety seen as though I had booked my train and taken the day off. I arrived to the appointment and there had apparently been a system outage resulting in the email.
I got it fixed but not properly as 2 weeks later it fell off again, the dentist who 'fixed it' just bonded the same one that fell off back on when I asked specifically for a new tooth to be bonded. I couldn't believe what was happening after I had spent all this money, i regretted my decision so much especially when my older brother had his done at a proper clinic and hadn't had to go back once in a year and a half of having his done.
During this time i still hadnt received my £100 train fares and was messaging Nicole about it, in which she sometimes just left me on read. I got another appointment booked resulting in another trip down to London in this case they were not paying my train fares. I did eventually get my money for my trains after a month of being £100 out of pocket which at 19 is a lot of money to me.
You would expect a company to care about their clients and want to solve any problems in a professional and caring way to give you the best experience wouldnt you?
I got it fixed once again. And about a month later one of my back composites broke off. So once again I have been down and got it fixed costing me more money and unnecessary travel. This has all been in the space of 3 months luckily under warranty that is about to now expire.

Overall my experience at smiles&smiles has been a nightmare, which has caused great stress for me. I’d advise anyone considering using smiles&smiles services’ to go elsewhere to a clinic that provides reliable results and one that delivers better customer service, even if the cost is a little bit more.

Pls and pls do not use this company. I wanted to do my teeth during their black Friday sales. But what they advertised is different from the services you will get.
I stopped at teeth whitening alot and decided not to do the bonding anymore.
This company decided not to refund my money. Have called several times,even went to there office but nothing was done till now.

Pls and pls do not use the cause they're scam and fraudulent.
I will reporting them to trade standard uk.

I had an amazing experience with Hana for my composite bonding treatment. From start to finish, she was professional, gentle, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted.

The experience was great, the work they did on my teeth was really good and everything I wanted in my new smile, all the staff are super friendly and make you feel at ease in the clinic and everyone has the patients best interests at heart.

My overall experience was excellent. I was made to fell comfortable throughout the process by thoroughly explaining the treatment steps and anticipated outcomes prior to beginning. The results surpassed my expectations, with my teeth appearing natural. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

Three years ago, I had my first bonding done at Smile and Smile and I was very happy with the results. However, when I returned recently to replace the old set, things changed completely. After the old bonding was removed, it turned out that my natural tooth had been filed down and damaged. I was shocked, and I still feel terrible about it. The new set only covers the problem, which does not make me feel any better.

The staff were friendly, but there has been no communication from the manager at all. On top of that, the new set is not great – the colour doesn’t match my other teeth and looks unnatural.

Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this place
