Located in the West Midands, we have recently moved into our newly purpose built unit for warhousing and distribution, this was built due to the high volume of demand for our power tools from the E-commerce market. Toolsave distribute across the mainland UK and now also specialise in our excellent service to Europe and the rest of the world, which is normally an amazing three day service. The company has grown within a very fast moving power tool market and have formed links with some of the best known brands. We are now exporting products in conjunction with these brands to regions as far as the Middle East. Being able to move volumes abroad has allowed us to be very competitive on the price within the UK.

Rip off company!
I bought an electric staple gun from Toolsave with a one year warranty. It worked perfectly until the internal spring broke, so I contacted them to ask for a free return postage slip to either have it repaired or replaced. Toolsave refuse to send one and asked me to send it back and pay the postage myself. It is quite heavy and would nearly cost half as much as it would to buy new! What is the point of a warranty then with Toolsave.
I will now have to buy another staple gun and be out of pocket thanks to Toolsave. Terrible service and if I would not reccomend this company to anyone. Stay well clear. Only commpany I have used who would not send a free return slip, it's under warrenty Toolsave!!!

Workshop bench
I ordered a lumberjack workbench as after a lot of looking I thought the one I ordered was good value. And once I received it the assembly was straightforward and only took a few hour's, the finish is a little rough but it's a workbench after all. The only fault was with delivery which I believe was down to the courier it came in two parcels the second of which got delivered 2 day's after the first.

Lumber Jack band saw
Ordered a band saw and it arrived quickly, however it did have slight damage to the electric motor cover, I reported this to Tool save and was informed that a replacement part would be sent out, true to their word it promptly arrived, full marks to the customer service team, I now have four items from the Lumber Jack range, via Tool Save, all performing great, many thanks to all.

Excellent products and service
I have now had three items a bobbin sander, extractor system and bandsaw. All the machines are of excellent quality and competitively priced.
However the staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. They were so helpful and nice.
The showroom though is full of endless temptation, with a wide range of wonderful products. Be prepared!
