Wonderful products. I got my first pen last year and just got my second one as I wanted two colours to write with. The staff were brilliant in resolving an issue with my order (I forgot to add something on and they quickly paused the process and added it retrospectively)

Shipping was quick to the USA. This is my second Lumos pen. I really like having 2 of them. It is a great pen.

Love this pen! I will definitely buy more of their products…clean smooth writing.

My third purchase from Tom’s Studio and again items arrived quickly with beautiful packaging, all ecologically produced too. Usually comes with a free tea bag that have each been delicious but unfortunately always seem to be out of stock. The pen quality is second to none.

I love these pens. They make writing fun again. Delivery was quick and a lot of care and creativity has been put into the packaging.

Super quick delivery and the wren pen is fabulous. I love that the parts are interchangeable and infinitely replaceable. I’ve already bought both standard and fine tips, and predict I will soon be adding some different colours.

The product is Exellant, I have two wren pens and lots of their inks.

But the postage system is not good.
I paid extra for next day delivery but it didn’t arrive when scheduled, then it was left at the wrong address 1/2 mile up the rd..

Great product - excellent quality - quick delivery & I just love my Field Mouse. I now have 2 pens from Tom’s Studio - The Wren & The Field Mouse & considering which pen I should buy next!! Don’t hesitate - they’re brilliant! I was a bit concerned the The Field Mouse would be too small for my rather arthritic fingers, but it is fine, although not for writing for long period - it is fine for quick notes & I have it attached to a key chain on my bag - fab!

I love the beautiful pens but have no idea how to fill them with ink. Better instructions would be lovely!!

I absolutely love my Lumos Pen. The weight, the smoothness of the writing…I am a fan. The variety of inks provides an opportunity to be expressive.

I love my Wren pen and my mechanical pencil! Everything is so beautifully presented, too. The pencil is perfectly weighted, and sits well in my hand. The Wren is delightful (my favourite bird!) and I have a feeling I may be ordering one or two more of those for myself in different colours ... as well as buying as presents for my granddaughters.

I love their products. Also they keep searching for new things that uses waste from old pens to create new artistic items.
When you have questions or have a problem with your order, somebody always will be prepared to try to help you.
Also there are no import fees with this site for most countries which is a great plus.
