From initial contact through to delivery of my order the level of service received from Tom Schneider was absolutely top notch. The team are very professional, knowledgeable and amazing to deal with and their products are truly high end pieces of art. I ordered the Surge media unit and Orbit hi-fi unit and these two complement each other well and have a positive impact/reaction from everyone who sees them. I highly recommend Tom Schneider, you won’t be disappointed 10/10.

Curl Sideboard: Excellent furniture.
Our Curl sideboard arrived as arranged. We are really, really, pleased with it. The standard of workmanship is second to none. Having had Bevan Funnell mahogany furniture for 20 years we spent months trying to find furniture that is good quality and well made, without success. We chose your furniture on line so didn’t actually see it and we are not disappointed. It is contemporary, eye catching and looks perfect in our new home. The delivery team were excellent keeping us well informed of arrival and took away all the packaging. Thank you so much for the lovely furniture and for being one of those companies rarely found these days that produces top quality products.

We were looking for some distinctive, quality pieces of furniture for our new home and consider ourselves fortunate to have found “Tom Schneider” online. After some consideration ( difficult choices to be made) we made a decision to order several pieces in Oak namely Lexi media unit, Tulip,Sienna and DNA single strand occasional tables. Ordering was very easy, delivery via partners was excellent. Any contact we had with the company (ours was minimal but necessary) was nothing short of exemplary ! All told our whole experience from start to finish was pleasurable, quite rare these days. This is an impressive company and we cannot speak highly of it. Take the plunge you won’t regret it.

I have bought several pieces of furniture from Tom Schneider now and the quality and delivery is always first class, the products look so unique and become statement pieces in all the rooms we use them in.
I would highly recommend this company, one of the few who understand providing both quality products and great customer service.

I’ve ordered two items of furniture (tables) from Tom Schneider (one from Heal’s, one direct) and they are possibly my two favourite things in my home. The design is so unique and stunning, and the craftsmanship is brilliant. The company were also great to deal with and delivered promptly, helped with unpacking and moving the tables into position in my flat. Would definitely love to buy more things from Tom Schneider in future.

From meeting Tom and the team, discussing design options, fabrics and wood colours all the way through until placing our order and delivery was a pure delight.

Great customer attention throughout the process and we are incredibly happy with the pieces we bought for our new home.

We recently purchased the Pebble Wall Mirror to complement our Elle console table on the upstairs landing. It is beautiful, and I am delighted with it. Easy to install and will be there for years.

Exceptional customer service, care during the delivery and installation process and above all, the quality of the products are fantastic. Their design also, is modern but classic. Many compliments on the pieces I purchased (wave coffee table, TV console unit etc)

The coffee table is very stylish, beautifully crafted and constructed. The size meets our requirements and after much research came across your brand in John Lewis. The service and delivery was very professional and have received many compliments about the new coffee table, side tables and media unit.

We bought 2 beautiful pieces of furniture, a coffee table and TV stand and we are very pleased with both. We could not fault the excellent service and delivery arrived as planned. Would definitely buy again!

I ordered seven items of furniture from Tom Schneider and have been delighted with them all. Highly recommended.

The product is superb quality and excellent design. The quality of service was very good. Delivery team took great care on delivery.

We purchased the Surge Media Unit and Serpant coffee table from Tom Schneider both in walnut. Love the items - they always get compliments from visitors. Love the quality and design of their furniture. Customer service great , delivery updates and reasonable timeframe. Highly recommend

I have just moved my console table and it looks even better in its new location. It is so beautifully made and very easy to care for.

My lovely table arrived exactly when I was told it would, around six weeks after I ordered. Everything is hand-made to order. It was unpacked on site and all the packing materials removed. I absolutely love the style and quality of Tom Schneider furniture. It's a little more expensive but worth every penny.

We have both a TV unit and a console table. The are unique and beautifully made. They always get compliments. There are so many more pieces from the collection that I have my eye on. Delivery was careful and packaging was taken away with the drivers. I would definitely recommend this company!

Fabulous service (spoke to Tom on the phone when I had a query about a discount code and was quickly sorted). Love the media stand - amazing quality and a unique piece of furniture.

Our console table is beautiful, excellent quality and as stylish as it looks online. It was delivered and assembled with great care and a good level of communication about our order and when we would receive it. Highly recommended.

Firstly the furniture is expertly crafted and beautiful. I’ve had loads of compliments for the shelves and coffee table in my new apartment.
Delivery was prompt and all unpacked and packaging removed after placing items carefully exactly where I asked. Polite delivery. Men too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom Schneider furniture.

We absolutely love our walnut furniture, which we’ve now had for a year. It looks beautiful and is very well made. We feel very fortunate to own such gorgeous items.
