We decided to purchase 2 items of furniture from Tom Schneider & have been so pleased with the furniture that we have ordered another table
Great service from Tom Schneider from start to finish
Excelleny Quality furniture
We would definitely recommend this company

We have had a Tom Schneider Dining room table and chairs since 2010, which we love and cherish. Unfortunately, one of the chairs broke, resulting in the backrest becoming disconnected from the base, as one of our guests decided to use it as a see-saw!. We were devastated! I called Tom Schneider straight away, who asked me to send in some pictures of the damage. Within 2 days, I actually got a call back from Tom Scheider (yes, the actual guy!) himself who was looking into this and realised that we actually lived quite close to each other (well, 5miles!). Tom invited me to bring the chair to his home, where he fixed the chair personally. I was so amazed and grateful to Tom for doing this.

We are extremely happy with our Surge Media Unit from Tom Schneider, it is such a unique beautiful piece of furniture, not just a stand for a tv.
It's amazing how they managed to create such curves in the wood to make it look like it is floating without any support.
The delivery and unpacking service was excellent and they even positioned the unit where we wanted and lifted our 65in tv onto it and took away all the packaging.

A beautiful TV stand that I’m absolutely delighted with! Its exceptional quality is immediately apparent, and it would make a stunning addition to any stylish living room. Tom Schneider were also incredibly easy and professional to deal with throughout.

I would recommend everyone shops at Tom Schneider! We have been looking to upgrade our TV unit for several years and could not find anything of the right design and quality. Decided to look at Tom Schneider and fell in love with the Cruz unit. Once it arrived have to say their pieces are not just furniture but a combination of art and furniture. The product is such high quality and we have been flooded with compliments and have directed friends and family to their website. In addition to the products their customer service is exceptional from ordering to delivery and after care all excellent. Really sad that most companies have moved away from providing good service so we are so pleased that we found what we wanted from Tom Schneider. Would strongly recommend shopping with Tom Schneider!

Quick and efficient delivery, good quality product, great design …. to be fair, so it should be for the price but so often, this s not the case. This product is worth the money and I am a happy customer.

Zoe at Tom Schneider was super helpful in enabling me to secure the delivery date we needed. The table was delivered as agreed and in perfect condition (no mean feat these days!). The table itself is beautiful, simple yet classic, and works perfectly in our lounge. I would not hesitate in buying a Tom Schneider product again.

Found just what I wanted after a long search!
Really easy to order and extremely pleased with our table

The quality of the product (wave nest of tables) is excellent if a little pricey. However, customer service was very good and the delivery arrangements were far better than most. In particular, the delivery firm not only made the delivery but unpacked the item and thoroughly inspected it to make sure that there was no damage.

The service, design and quality of this furniture is second to none. We have 3 pieces from TS and they are superb in build quality and design. They are delivered and installed very quickly. I would recommend whole heartedly.

Great customer service, I requested a bespoke Elle shoe cabinet and got a quick reply

The Tom Schneider Swirl dining table is simply breathtaking. From the moment it was assembled, it became the centrepiece of our home. The flowing curved wooden base is a true work of art—completely unique and unlike any other dining table we’ve seen.

The craftsmanship is exceptional, with every detail finished to perfection. The combination of the sculptural wood design and elegant glass top creates a luxurious, timeless look that attracts compliments from everyone who visits.

If you’re looking for a dining table that is gorgeous, distinctive, and built to the highest standard, the Swirl is worth every penny. It’s more than just furniture—it’s a beautiful statement piece that we’ll enjoy for many years to come.

Absolutely delighted with my new desk. It’s beautifully designed and made and looks just perfect in my study. The ordering process was straightforward as I was able to take advantage of delivery within the week since the desk was in stock. Delivery was super efficient and all packaging was removed which is always a bonus!

The people at Tom Schneider’s London showroom were very helpful and patient while I perused the items on display.

I had seen the surge media unit online and thought it was an amazing design. Seeing it in the showroom confirmed it was exactly what I needed.

Delivery was very quick and the delivery team were efficient and engaging. They set the unit up for me and made sure I had inspected it properly before signing off on the delivery.

It looks perfect sitting below my wall hung television. I’m mainly using it to hold my Apple tech used through the TV and it fits that role perfectly.

Definitely a good experience and I can highly recommend both the product and the team

I'm always unsure if items seen online will look as good in real life. Thankfully, my serpent coffee table was every bit as impressive as the photo. Beautiful crafted furniture. Would definitely look to buy another piece in the future.

Easy ordering and given updates for delivery. Not actually in when delivered, relatives were waiting, and they were very happy with process.
The console table itself is good quality and fits perfectly, ideal height and width.
Very happy with whole process.
