I did not receive my order after more than one month and no one reply to my emails and inquiries through contact form online. Utterly disappointed. Felt like I have been scammed.

I’ve been a fan of TO supplements for a number of years, regularly taking omega and multi: I find my concentration, focus and general mood is much improved. I recently purchased their CO Q10, after reading the company articles and my own online research, for my generally well Dad who is 94 yrs young. He tells me he has more energy and less brain fog-will be ordering more for him and will bolt on a bottle onto my supplement subscription!

Great selection of vitamins and supplements. I have tried many over the years and Tom Oliver vitamins and supplements really help with my fatigue and overall well being.

Dear Irene, Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for how you feel. We must however point out that your order was purchased using standard shipping to a non EU address. this shipping option does state that it comes with limited tracking and can take on average 10-12 working days as explained to you via email we do offer a premium shipping option via tracked and sign services that allows for 3-4 working days. Further more and as discussed with you via email you had informed us you were moving home and no longer a resident at this address. Your parcel did arrive at the address given and was sent back to us as unclaimed. We did receive and email from you requesting a refund which we immediately actioned and a confirmation email was sent out to on the same day acknowledging and confirming your refund.
We do again apologise for any inconvenience form our side caused.

Bad customers service, I ordered 6 bottles, on August 16 , so far I only received 2 bottles , and I emailed four time , never comeback anything information from customer service

We do however have to flag that we have received only one communication from you which was sent on the 6th September and replied to one the same day stating that we would immediately ship the missing goods. Please note these have been sent this morning via FedEx.
We again apologise for this and would ask for you to reach out directly to us via our sales email with the missing communications you have mentioned.
We pride ourselves on both our customer service and product quality and always aim to reply and solve any customer enquiries within 24 hours.

Update- Poor communication
Ordered two items. Products shipped quickly to the US. However, one of the bottles were opened and pills were all over inside of box. Emailed Toms Nutrition (TN) to notify of issue and requested replacement. Also offered to send opened product back. TN never responded.
Update: After submitting the review, Toms sent a replacement that arrived in good condition. I'll chalk it up to original email slipping thru the cracks. Added two more stars.
