Ordering process was easy, shipping time was great (considering it was shipped internationally). All products came as described, in secure packaging. Also received some freebies of my biases, which was amazing, as well as, Tokki Pop themed stickers which are so cute! Will definitely purchase from again and couldn’t recommend the business enough!

I love tokkipop, the owners Hassan and Andreea pay such close details to the little things give it a personal touch, the interact with fans on TikTok lives and if any of us need help or request anything they do their best to help, they are so reasonably priced and give K-pop shopping a different experience, they keep it fun, I would 1000% recommend shopping with tokkipop they are my no.1 go to kpop shop

First time ordering from TokkiPop, but the site was so incredibly easy to navigate and they have a great selection of official kpop goods! Everything arrived very quickly and was packaged nicely :). I ordered a Fox.de baby plushie from here and it was predicted that it would arrive in March since it was a preorder. It ended up arriving in February, and I also got a free Gunil photocard, and stickers!!!! I was so thrilled with this purchase. My favourite Kpop shop!!! they are the sweetest people and I have never once had a problem when ordering from them. Orders always come very fast and the packaging and inclusions you get when ordering are always super adorable. The pricing is always amazing and they have really really good POB's when it comes to pre-ordering from your favourite groups. They also have an amazing selection of merch and albums on their shop. There customer service and communication was fantastic putting me at ease when I was worried we wouldn't get the package in time for a concert.
They done was they said they would do and we have now got our items.
The items arrived well packaged so no damage to the products.
There prices are reasonable too.
