Flawless experience.
My experience from start to finish was faultless, I really liked the 3D imagary. If I had to give a piece of constructive criticism is that I would have liked a follow up call for when the remaining balance was due, just in case I missed the email.

The stair was easy to configure and order on the website.
The manufacturing standard was excellent and the lead time was short.
Delivery was straightforward and I was contacted prior to it arriving.
All in all a really positive experience which is such a bonus nowadays.

Dissapointing
Have used a few of stair supplier companies. TK were easy enough to deal with but products dont stand up to the standards of others. The metal ballustrading is a real issue with the lengths being factory set , TK need to sort this as, receiving emails from depot to "put loads of silicone in " just doesn't cut it for me.
The delivery / communications etc.. were good.

Good quality staircase at competitive price
Good web site made designing staircase simple and straightforward.
Once order was placed I was kept fully updated by email.
Delivered on time and although an exact drop off time could not be provided, the driver rang me when 45 mins away.
Good quality staircase for price… overall very happy and would recommend.

Hello Mr Botezatu.
Sorry to hear you did not receive all items on your order.
However, this is normal; the glass for the landing is sent at a later date.
This is because until you've fitted the stairs, you cannot provide us with dimensions for the glass around the landing.
The stairs you ordered do state this on the documentation:
"Any glass between 'loose posts' for either the staircase or landing will be delivered at a later date. Please install all loose posts and rails, then provide us with the built dimensions so we can design the glass to suit."
You signed a document off agreeing you were happy with this.
If we had sent you the landing glass with the stairs, it would not have fitted.
That's why we do this, obviously it costs us more to do two deliveries but we do this purely for your benefit so you get a staircase that fits and looks good.

Absolutely shocking customer care , oak stair case delivered and I’ve never seen such terrible timber used , spoke to sales representative on the phone about this but his attitude towards the situation was shocking basically told me I had to accept it the way it is

Hi Ricky,
You ordered the staircase to be between two walls.
The drawing you signed off to be manufactured showed the staircase as being between two walls on the plan view and stated;
"Please note, walls assumed where shown, please let us know if incorrect."
As such, when selecting timber for your stairs, as the stairs were between walls, some of the timber had knots in it.
Oak is a natural product and does contain knots; we select timber based on the position of any walls where knots wouldn't be seen, as they'd be covered by a wall.
The issue was that the document you signed off as correct showed the stairs between two walls, which is what we manufactured.
