Tendai is absolutely amazing as what he does. Very strong attention to detail. The next day I went to the gym and was squatting and realized I had nearly 5cm deeper in my squat from having my glutes done 2 days before. Absolutely unreal can’t wait for next time!

I have been seeing Tendai on and off for a couple of years now to treat a range of injuries relating to lifting. Tendai has a vast knowledge of the anatomy as well as experience and understanding of sport injuries. Tendai is personable and approachable which makes the treatment more bearable. I would highly recommend.

I found that tendi was really friendly and made me feel at ease. he worked with me to relieve the pain and discomfort I was experiencing.
I was able to get some good movement back in that area which I havnt felt in over a year !

there is some discomfort when receiving the treatment, but it's manageable(I chatted through most of it!) and worth it knowing how much relief it will give you long term.

would recommend to anyone to try to support any rehab goals or relieve pain.

Having suffered from macromastia for a long time, I also developed a unique ailment that produced shoulder deformity and agony.
I was in a lot of pain and frustration, and I didn't know what to do to get help as had tried with my GP & it was also for fear of being embarrassed. Despite my reservations, I scheduled an appointment with TJ Therapies after my cousin referred me. Not only did TJ act in a professional manner, but he also created an atmosphere in which I felt comfortable enough to entrust him with my issue. He explained what he could do and was honest about the length of time it would take to alleviate the discomfort & pain, as well as improve the aesthetics of my terribly bruised & dented shoulders from heavy bra straps. After years of believing that I would never find a resolution, the pain in my shoulders is now completely gone & there is a substantial improvement in shoulder strength. In addition, there is a visible difference which has meant that I am wearing strapless outfits again which I thought I would never again be able to do.
Considering that my GP told me it was something I would just have to live with, it is fantastic to have discovered TJ Therapies, and I cannot commend him enough for this value of life-giving treatment!

Suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for 6+ years. One session with TJ and I was back to playing football and much mote active. Also worked on shoulder pain which ive had 15+ years and massive improvement since the second session on it. Its a painful process, but the results are amazing. Prior to treatment, I was living in constant pain, especially in the hips and legs. As a former ballerina, constant training put a lot of stress on my body and as time progressed the pain was almost chronic to the point where it was affecting my quality of life. Since the treatment my body has never felt better, years of trauma have been reversed enough to enable me to go on 5-6 hour walks where I could only previously manage an hour at a time. I like many had tried yoga, supplements and traditional physio and nothing offered a lasting change. Thanks to this treatment, Chronic pain is no longer part of my daily life

Excellent service from TJ. He’s been supporting me with my chronic headaches which I’ve been experiencing for 3 years. It was a pleasure being treated by TJ. I came to sort out my knee pain and shin splints which stopped me training in the gym and running for 4 months. Within 3 days after treatment the knee pain had gone and so had the shin splints. What’s even more intriguing, is that I’m now able to get myself into the squat position fully (I’ve never had this depth before) and I don’t get back pain anymore. TJ identified the issues linking to scar tissue from an old injury which he treated with Kinetic Therapy. It was sore in some places but also relieving. I feel like new now, don’t let the red appearance put you off.

I went to TJ after suffering with lower back pain issues that I’d struggled with for three years. I’d tried a number of treatments with osteopath's, private physio's and stretch therapists, after giving these treatments a real good go for months at a time, they didn't get me pain free. As a full- time working mum, it really made it hard to take care of the kids/juggle work or even just get out of bed, as i was constantly in fear of pain.....

I’ve seen TJ twice now for treatment to address upper back/shoulder restriction (both sides). The change to my mobility is a night and day difference than before. I struggled to lift arms above my head and now I can move them all the way without any restriction or pain. The real difference compared to the other therapist I’ve tried is TJ’s unique understanding of anatomy and his ability to rid the body of scar tissue restriction. I was taken aback when he treated my legs first, but after just 20 minutes on my left calf tension began to ease. The treatment is sore but the benefits definitely outweigh those moments.

I had a first treatment and I am over the moon with the results. I was experiencing back pain and sciatica for 6 weeks. TJ was very professional, he explained what was going on with my body in layman’s terms (for the first time) and he put me at ease. Fast forward and the back pain has gone and so has the sciatica. Before I saw TJ I’d tried Private Physio, Chiropractor and a back pain specialist. I wish I’d come to him sooner, I would have saved a lot of time and money. Don’t be put off by the red marks. The treatment is sore in some places but definitely worth it. I would highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend enough! Fixed my back after just 2 sessions, went from not being able to even pick up a 5kg dumbbell back up to full strength and completely pain free. I feel like I’ve got my life back.

I can’t thank TJ enough for getting me back on track (literally) I’d been struggling with knee pain, tight hamstrings and calves for over 12 months and backpain which was affecting my training and performance.

I’ve worked alongside club/private physios and osteopaths with small improvements but nothing that lasted. I was about to hang my spikes up before seeing one of TJ’s posts.

I’d never heard of Kinetic Therapy before and I had my doubts but I did my research and saw the feedback.

3 treatments later and I havn’t looked back, I’m not in pain anymore and I’m moving like a 18 version of myself. The treatment is one thing but the advice on nutrition, sleep and rehab has been invaluable to making sure I keep improving.

Tendai is very knowledgeable and experienced in injury treatment. Chiropractors were a waste of money. Tendai’s kinetic therapy treatment is very effective in stimulating muscle function and relieving pain. He is very kind and accommodating and will tailor a treatment plan specific to your needs. He actually cares about your pain and as opposed to just taking your money. Couldn’t recommend the service enough. If you have any injuries and want to optimise your performance physically generally Tendai is your man.

Couldn't recommend Tendai enough! When I went to him I was suffering from severe pain radiating from my jaw to my entire face caused by bruxism (teeth grinding). I'd been to dentists, was living on painkillers, couldn't sleep at night and got put on a waiting list to see a specialist. One session with Tendai and I couldn't believe the difference it made. The pain went from a 10/10 to a 3/10. Also treated a shoulder issue I was having and not even had a niggle since. Definately worth getting booked in, this guy knows what he is doing!
