I had an excellent experience with Atique from the Titan PMR implementation team. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and highly professional throughout the entire setup and training process. His in-depth knowledge of the system was very reassuring, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Atique went out of his way to accommodate my very tight deadline, fitting me in early in the morning as my pharmacy opening date was approaching fast. I had contacted Titan later than ideal, as the usual lead time is 3–4 weeks, but despite only having around one week’s notice, he still managed to complete the full implementation smoothly and efficiently.

He set up two computers from scratch in no time at all and trained me thoroughly, helping me understand the system very clearly. The whole process was an absolute breeze and a real pleasure.

As always, the Titan PMR system is extremely helpful in managing pharmacy workflows, and having such a dedicated and supportive implementation specialist made all the difference. I am entirely grateful and would highly recommend both Atique and the Titan team.

Excellent service and friendly patient staff. The system is so easy to learn and very straight forward, if there is ever an issue I know I can contact them straight away for help and advice. There is one girl who we speak with Nas and she is so nice and always helps any questions we have.

Titan is very much innovative and hands on. Some of my team members (over 70 years of age) who never used computers are actually loving to work on titan. Titan support is even better and special mentioned to "MAJ" for his dedication and patience to teach us the new PMR system. Something that can save community pharmacies with the NHS cut - It has to be TITAN which will allow to free up your time and do more for your patient and community. Thank you Titan and Maj, your support is much much appreciated !!! Loving this.

We’ve just finished our Titan PMR implementation and I have to say, the whole process has been brilliant. Nas was amazing throughout the setup. She was super helpful, really flexible, and even worked around my awkward hours to make sure everything was ready to go. It was a shame she couldn’t be here for our go-live day because of other work commitments, however any concerns were quickly dispelled because Attique stepped in and was fantastic.

He quickly got a feel for where we were in our training and adapted his support to each staff member’s level, which made a huge difference. The rollout went incredibly smoothly, and we started seeing the benefits almost straight away which honestly surprised me, given we’re a high-volume store doing around 20,000 items!

Big thanks to the Titan PMR team for such a smooth experience. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I recently had the opportunity to see the clinical audit feature in Titan PMR, and I was really impressed. Nas took the time to walk me through the system and clearly demonstrated how intuitive and powerful the audit tools are. The platform makes it easy to monitor performance, identify trends, and ensure clinical standards are met — all in one place.

Nas was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear, practical way that highlighted how Titan PMR can make everyday clinical processes more efficient. Overall, a great experience — both with the software and the support provided by Nas.

Honestly can’t praise Titan PMR enough. Previously used Rxweb which did have a scanning system however so dated and slow, not easy to configure and work with at all, tried other PMR scanning systems like analyst but nothing as smooth and easy to use for staff. Easy to locate prescriptions wherever and now we have time to take on more services without being bogged down with checking. Would recommend to any contractor who is looking to modernise their systems and improve work flow / efficiency.

We have recently started the move to Titan from Proscript and it would not have been as smooth as it has gone without Nas. She has been so proactive and has really got to know our systems and processes to ensure a smooth transition. She has gone above an beyond in every aspect. It's an excellent system and so far all our teams like the system.

Saved significant amounts of time when ti comes to end of month and claiming. Repeat flow and batch flow are great.

It undoubtedly has some failings, much of these centre around the system being too rigid and not open to different ways of utilising certain funcitons / processes.

One thing that stoof out far beyond anything else I have experiences with alternative PMR's was the support. The titan implementation team, particularly Nas was incredible. She went above and beyond, replying to my emails well into the evening.

She works as though she owns a share of the company and quite frankly, with an implementation experience like that, Titan was easy to get used to
