The titan team were great and very helpful with all my queries. The only thing that stopped me from giving this a 5 star review was that the system was slow to update sometimes and this would confuse the user. The platform is amazing to work on and I am sure my use of Titan over a longer period of time will enhance my experience even more. Our mentor (MAJ) answered so many of my questions through our transition period and on out 'go live" date which allowed us to have a very smooth transition. Extremely happy with the service and the platform.

Titan PMR is revolutionary. Nas made it so easy for the team to learn the new system so we are able to streamline processes in the pharmacy, which not only saves time but enables us to help even more patients.

We have been changing our PMR system over to TITAN over the last few weeks. Their setup has been straightforward and Nour has been great in ensuring the transition and training were smooth.

Titan set up has been great so far. Nas has been amazing, taken so much time to answer all our queries and has been so patient with us during install. With her and the Titan team’s support we will definitely have built a great foundation for a change of PMR which is never easy! Thank you to Nas and the Titan Team!

She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, making the whole transition much smoother than we expected. She helped us set up our workflow and made sure we felt confident using the system. We've recently started using the Titan CD Register with Titan PMR and it's been a really positive experience. The CD Register is easy to use and has made managing our controlled drug records much more straightforward. No more CD issues or rushing to get them entered at the end of the day. Everything is in one place, it's simple to find what you need, and it saves time compared to doing everything manually.
Nas was brilliant throughout the setup and training. She explained everything clearly, was patient with all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable using the system before we got started. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Overall, we're really happy with both the system and the support we've received. I'd definitely recommend Titan PMR and the Titan CD Register to other pharmacies looking for a simpler way to manage their CD records.

I was a bit unsure at first but once you get into it it is so quick and easy to use the training we got from Naz was brilliant talked us through all the steps and was very patient when we asked her to show us some of the things twice.

Atique has been amazing when helping us clear any queries. Very knowledgeable on the product and PMR and able to break things down clearly. Always has time for us and is a true credit to the TITAN team.

We have recently changed our PMR system to TITAN PMR. Whilst it has been such a big change and a learning curve, Atique has been extremely helpful in helping us navigate through this period. Great system and great customer service

always there to help with any minor issues. all done remotely so didn't need to worry about setting aside time i could just get on with other work while Atique worked away in the background.

Nas has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I’m genuinely grateful for the support she’s provided as our implementation lead. She’s professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable, and she’s delivered webinars and training to my team in a way that’s been clear, structured, and genuinely informative.

What’s impressed me most is the pace and commitment Nas brought to the rollout. She worked relentlessly across multiple PCs and managed to set up 22 machines in just two days — all while still meeting training commitments for other clients. That level of organisation and multitasking is exceptional.

If this is the standard of service Titan delivers, I’m really looking forward to onboarding. Nas has set the bar extremely high, and I’m expecting that same level of consistency and care as we move forward. Titan is very lucky to have her.

Titan is perfect for pharmacies that are managing a heavy workload while also carrying out great services for their patients. It has extra steps to ensure there is no room for errors taking place. This has freed up so much space and time for the pharmacists to focus on services and ensuring they are meeting business needs. The workflow in the pharmacy improved instantly as soon as we started using the system.

I am very impressed with the system and I recommend this to all pharmacies without a doubt!

We have gone live with Titan PMR today and it’s been a brilliant experience. Titan has been a game changer and saves so much time in the dispensing process and most importantly frees up the Pharmacist to provide services which has become very important in pharmacy world. Titan PMR is a great system overall. It really helps free up pharmacists time, allowing dispensers to dispense and bag prescriptions more efficiently. A very user friendly system that can really improve workflow in the pharmacy. I would definitely recommend it
