Working with Vicky has been an incredible 12 months. She is thorough, responsive and extremely knowledgeable, each check-in i learn something new. Her tools amd personal plans have taken me from lazy girl to 2nd place bikini athlete and I cant believe how much I've grown mentally in this time. Best decision to sign up with Vicky, would not have trusted anyone else to guide me through such a tough process and make it simple.

I don’t know anyone like Vicky. I’ve used coaches in the past, and not just your average PT’s, they have all been well-know and respected people in the industry, but I have never had someone as invested in me and my progress as Vicky. The detail and lengths she goes to with her coaching is second to none. You are never just a number in her client list. Her range and depth of knowledge is incredible and most importantly, Vicky does not just focus on the fitness aspects of your life, but also your life in general. If it was not for Vicky, I would have spent more time invested in a goal that was not for me, as some of the aspects it entailed were things I was not willing to do. Now I am doing what is truly my deepest passion and calling in life! I could not recommend Vicky more highly.

I’ve been fortunate to have Vicky on my side now since pre Covid , I totally have improved health within and out and mindset for life is now positive which I’ve learned with time . Vicky is not only your coach to lean on but someone who’s always there , trust everything she implements as it’s all set out from her exceptional knowledge for each individual . Underwent surgery 3 months ago and I can honestly say that having Vicky has given me the best healing results and without her I know that this would not be the case . Vicky listened to my goals and the barriers I have to achieve those goals and has created a nutrition plan that has exceeded my expectations. Within 2 weeks I wasn't experiencing any IBS episodes and my insomnia cleared up. We are just over 8 weeks in and not only have I lost 19lbs and 5 inches from my gut. I've experienced very few cravings or hunger but when I have, I reached out to Vicky and by the next day, my food was changed and goodbye cravings and hunger. I can not rate Vicky highly enough. If you're considering getting a coach. I recommend Tiny Titan 100%.

When I started coaching with Vicky, I was at a low point with zero oestrogen and a disrupted menstrual cycle. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, I've seen immense progress!! My oestrogen levels have tripled, and my menstrual cycle is now healthy and regular.
Her approach to nutrition and training has been a game changer for me. She wrote me a nutrition plan that not only supported my hormonal health but also fuelled my workouts effectively. Her knowledge into training execution is epic!!
