I can only go by my own personal experience.
After ordering 2 caravan tyres and told it's 5 day delivery I received email giving a 2 week delivery date.
I chose Tirendo tyres as it was free delivery and tyres were a bit cheaper than other companies.
Then i read a lot of bad reviews and worried id get "old" tyres.
Today after only 6 days from ordering the tyres arrived.
Dates on tyres is week 5 of 2026 which is very good.
Im happy with my experience which may be just my good luck.

As lots of reviews said before me, avoid them! Useless chatbot, Useless customer service. Managed to talk a person called Nana, but no straight answer about the expected delivery time. Got my order cancelled, I am just hoping to get my money back.
Useless team, not worth the saving...

Very difficult to contact anyone, heavily pushing AI chatbots that don’t answer questions. Eventually got through to an human who said delivery usually in 10 working days. Ordered tyres on the 23 Jan, order got ‘cancelled and reordered’ with no reason given on the 3 Feb and they will now not get delivered until the 18 Feb. Great if you have all the time in the world and no need for tyres this month. Talked with a chatbot again and I’ve been told the order will be expedited. Will update if there’s an improvement…

Don’t use them ….they are cheap but you will receive an order wich on website it’s written 3-5 days after 18 days ….its preposterous and today I had to cancel the order i made on 7/01/26 …..on 14/01/26 I received an email where was written that they’ve just received the order even if they took my money on 7….and the delivery will be made PROBABLY on 26/01/26…..wtf…..

Ordered 4 tyres, delivery time was5-7days . After nearly 1 month still in they warehouse! Won't recommend, they are not honest sellers

Ordered two tyres which said it was in stock.

Now being told it will be a month for delivery.

Impossible to contact to cancel order.

Their contact us page fails to recognise the order number so you cant ever contact them.

Stay away from this company.

Having to go through PayPal resolution to get money back.

Wish i read reviews 1st before ordering as they have a lot of bad reviews

Avoid this scam shop, I made order on 31 and no information for 4days and on 5 day they sent me email it’s will come on a 18😡😡😡😡

They don't even deserve 1 star. Liers, not to be trusted and thieves. Worst online experience ever. Do not use this company.

As others have stated DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to order tyres. They are EU based and tyres will be sent from God knows where, it's just NOT WORTH THE SAVING. The delivery date is fictional and the tracking is rubbish. Three weeks since ordering and I still have no idea when I am going to receive the items I paid for. I used PayPal so if I do not receive them soon I will be using the dispute resolution. Please GO ELSEWHERE

I put my order for 4 tyres firestone Roadhawk 2 255 40 18 online with very good price on 04.APR.25
After purchase I received email with tracking number estimate delivery time and invoice. Delivery time was exactly as they said between 07 and 16 of April as tyres are send from Germany and need to be processed by customs ( dont have to pay any customs charges as you pay UK 20%VAT when ordering) , I was getting an tracking update all time . Very friendly and helpful customer service over the phone.

What went wrong is,tyre never turned up,didn’t reply to any contact I made,quick to take my money:-(, had to eventually get a refund off of PayPal,bunch of con artists,read all the reviews BEFORE even thinking of purchasing…..

I have ordered £1500 of tyres from this Company. Online portal says they are delivered but were not. Unable to contact them and receive no response. I believe this may be a scam company

I ordered tires on 10/21/24 I got a message that everything was shipped in 4-6 days on 10/24/24 I got a message that they needed an extra 3 days. On 11/4/24 I called the hotline and they informed me that the order was canceled 4 days ago, and they apologized but forgot to send me the information that it was canceled. worst service zero help I do not recommend.

Joke of a company. Ordered tyres and was given a delivery date. Nearly a week past delivery date and no tyres arrived. Tried to contact on the online form but that won't work. Tried ringing at 9am on a Monday morning but the automated voice says I'm calling out of hours. They don't contact you about your order but they'll gladly accept your money. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. Wouldn't be surprised if they're just a scam company.

Good price & received my tyre on time.I highly recommend them and will be buying more tyre from them in the future.

What a fantastic experience, the tyres even come before stated…. Communication was brilliant from the start and customer service was also. I was a little concerned to begin with as it was coming from a long way, but Tirendo have got me telling all my friends about this place!! 5 star guys keep up the great work

Terrible customer service, several websites as fronts for them or supplying on their behalf. They don't care and are frankly gangsters.

Lying phone team. Was told 3 different stories about my order. First it had been shipped and to speak to DPD as not their issue now (seriously, oh and dpd where brilliant helping me sending emails of scans and everything), then it was "Just shipped today and you will have tracking number in 5 minutes", 3 days later no tracking number, next it was "Oh they are out of stock, we will send you more when they arrive" and phone call mysteriously hung up so another 20 minutes slog through their system to speak to someone.

Tyres missing. Go find them yourself.

Partial delivery? Go find it yourself.

Delivery time of 3 days? Nope because they ship from Europe expect 10 to 14 working days!

Correct tracking numbers? Nope we only have ones from our European warehouse to shipper, so it's recorded delivered and you have no way to track order. Phone for tracking numbers, get hung up on after 25 minute wait.

Refunds? 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on one, after they have confirmed tyres returned!

I've now ordered several sets with them in 2024, and every single set there has been a major tracking or supply issue which I've been lied or misrepresented to by their customer service team.

Delivery was quick and faster than estimated, the tyres were undamaged and of good quality. Have been using them for almost 6 months now with no problems. For my next tyre purchase I will most likely use Tirendo again since the price is very competitive.
