Good prices, excellent on-time delivery

Had four lengths delivered two of which are damaged….emailed customer services the same day and not had a response

We’ve now ordered from Tippers three times and spent a fair amount of money through their online service. The prices are definitely excellent compared to other companies, which is the only reason we kept coming back and giving them another chance.

Unfortunately, every single delivery has arrived late – not just by a day or two, but significantly delayed. Our most recent order was placed on 18th May, with a requested (earliest date given by them) delivery date of today, 26th May. We heard absolutely nothing from them about any delay, so we had to call today to chase it up – only to be told it won’t now be delivered for another week and a half.

Three orders, three late deliveries, and this last one is by far the worst experience yet. Great value, but completely unreliable when it comes to getting your goods when you need them. Very disappointing.

Good slabs and good priced , shame you have to sit for days and try to get the lining from the back , takes hours to do just one , shame as prices are really good , but sitting stripping a pallet full of slabs really is not worth the money saved

The gentleman at the service desk. I ordered the item over the internet and it wasn't at the local branch. The communication was good, and he arranged for the item to be delivered to the store the next day and phoned me when it was in. Very helpful attitude.

Good expert advice and fast service

Purchased a weber mastertouch e-5750 from the lichfield branch of Tippers in the UK. All good! Delivered intact and speedily. Very pleased.

We have replaced two bathrooms with Tippers using Sue from that department, everything from start to finish went perfectly! Nothing is to much trouble for Sue she is very professional and definitely knows her job very well.

The employees as Tippers were super helpful loading, no issues with customer service. Unfortunately, the 18mm Phelonic ply I bought, within a few days of being exposed to the elements has bubbled under the resin lifting it up. I seriously doubt the longevity of this board, shame.
