Tiny Feet Anmeldelser

I bought a car chair from Tiny Feet. They talked me through the options, conversed over what’s app and then delivered it to my door. 5 star service!

Amazing experience! Great customer service , timely responses and delivery . Staff are knowledge about their products and provide non bias advice.
Thank you for your service :)

great business, family run and very knowledgeable.

We went in thinking we had a rough idea of what we wanted for our pram and car seat - but left completely confident we’d made the right choice thanks to the most honest, knowledgeable, and patient advice we’ve had anywhere. The owner really knows his stuff, not just about the “big” brands, but about what actually performs best after you buy it - things like safety test results, quality of materials, and even the volume of warranty claims across different brands. You can tell straight away that everything in the store has been curated, not just stocked.

What really stood out is how refreshingly honest the guidance was. There was never any pressure to go for the flashiest or most expensive option - in fact, he helped us rule out things we didn’t actually need or would probably never use. It was all about finding what genuinely suited our lifestyle, rather than being marketed to.

The in-store setup is brilliant too - they’ve got a special test area in the middle where you can push the prams over different surfaces (gravel, grass, etc), so you actually feel how they handle in real-world conditions. It sounds like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference and gives you proper confidence in your choice.

On top of all that, nothing was too much effort. Every question was answered with patience and genuine care, and you really get the sense that he’s passionate about helping parents make informed, confident decisions - not just selling products.

We left feeling like we’d discovered a bit of a hidden gem. If you’re expecting or looking for baby gear and want expert, trustworthy advice rather than sales talk, Tiny Feet Putney is the place to go. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

WHY IS THIS COMPANY TINY FEET IN PUTNEY PUTTING THEIR BUSINESS LEAFLETS IN LETTERBOXES AT 6AM IN THE EARLY HOURS OF TUESDAY MORNING 10TH/SEPT/25.
THIS COMPANY TINY FEET HAVE NO RESPECT FOR RESIDENTS WHO DONOT WANT THEIR LETTERBOXES INSULTED THAT TIME IN THE MORNING 6AM AND ALSO THE SLAMMING OF FRONT GARDEN GATES.
IF I WANT A WAKE-UP CALL I HAVE AN ALARM CLOCK.
THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD -ZERO

When I ordered my bugaboo fox 5 I would've given 5 stars but the aftercare service was APPALLING!!
I needed a new rear wheel and got only once a response with zero follow up.
I have been waiting 3 months to get an answer which means that I could not use my buggy for 3 months.
I regret recommending Tiny feet buggies to my friends and family!
It is so upsetting to spend so much money and receive no customer service. If I would've ordered from Bugaboo directly I would've had a 3+ year guarantee. I am very very disappointed!

Super responsive and helpful. Great customer service and delivered a pram quickly and direct to our door when we needed it urgently for our premature baby!

Very good service and helpful

We had a wonderful experience with Tiny Feet. We are expecting our baby in Jan 2025, and after seeing and considering many strollers (brands) and places to buy things for our little baby, it was Shehzad who offered not only the most competitive and cost effective prices, but quality and a superb customer support. I highly recommend this store and talking to him as you will get his opinion and recommendations in any product he has to offer. Many thanks for everything! We can't wait to have our little baby and use the Egg Stroller 3 and tha car seat.

I had such a pleasant experience with Tiny Feet. I was not able to visit the physical store, as I am living outside the country but I called the shop, inquiring after some items. The store manager was so pleasant and took the time to confirm my purchase with photos, packaged everything together for pickup. My friend loved the gifts. I highly recommend. Very pleasant to work with and efficient. Items are high quality.

Amazing customer service and efficiency. Sourced the new egg3 pram bundle via TinyFeet earlier this year after an impressive encounter at the excel baby show and again yesterday in a last minute rush for a travel pram. Rang TinyFeet @ 4pm and the Joolz AER + was at my door by 8pm! Thanks so much

Really pleased with my purchases from tiny feet ! All my products were delivered on time and in excellent condition ! Customer service was fantastic and very helpful ! Would recommend to family and freinds and know who to get in touch with in the future for more baby items. Thank you tiny feet !

We had a fantastic experience at Tiny Feet: The selection of baby nursery furniture and accessories was top-notch, and we found everything we needed. Shehzed was incredibly helpful, guiding us through our options and making sure we were happy with our choices. We’ll definitely be back for future purchases and will recommend this shop to our friends and family. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from Shaz who was super informative and responsive and delivered our UppaBaby Cruz 2 travel system without delay.
Thank you very much for all your help!

Whatever we wanted Shehzad helped us find or offered a great alternative. We appreciated the fair pricing and personal touch of the owner dropping our order off at our front door. Our baby is happy and we are too. Importantly, the products are all in excellent condition as advertised. Will definitely use their service in the future and recommend to other people out there looking for a reliable online shopping experience. Thanks 👍

I recently had the pleasure of using Tiny Feet to purchase my baby's carseat. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I inquired up until I placed my order, the customer service team was very informative and helpful.

The delivery itself was remarkably speedy. They gave me a tracking number so I was able to get real time updates....I was pleasantly surprised to receive my package in Miami just a few days(less than a week) after it was shipped from the UK even with severe weather conditions.

I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for future shipments!

Had a wonderful experience with Tiny Feet! Shez was incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations that made our shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated it. Highly recommend this independent shop – 5 stars all the way!

Came upon this little gem after trying some large London department stores that had display models only, ans it turned out that Tiny Feet were able to help secure the product I was after without any problem or waiting.
Knowledgeable staff, friendly, up to date on all international shipping procedures and times, Shehzad was patient, had answers to all of my questions, had a good attitude, and was well versed about all the products, not to mention was fully up front about all costs for shipping abroad and followed up until the items shipped.
Shop floor is no frills, substance over style, and stocked with the most requested models. I needed a specific, popular car seat that the other stores would only be able to provide in about a week, but Tiny Feet delivered! Great experience and will go back for any baby stroller accessory or baby item I might need.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. The owner has a profound knowledge on all products on sale. The level of information given is very useful and service is great. 10/10 recommend rather than shopping at huge chains with 0 knowledge on the different products even on sale.

We recently bought a travel system and a car seat that covers from newborn to 12yo.
The staff was helpful through the entire process: from investigating the best solution for our needs, to testing the products in store, to the delivery.
We had experiences in other places where employees were mindlessly showing us products. Everyone at Tiny Feet was enthusiastic of helping a growing family.
The products arrived new and undamaged and we are as satisfied as we can be. We will definitely come back for breast pumping solutions
