Recently purchased our DS3 from T.I.M and we couldn't fault anything from the initial contact all the way through to the collection. Ian was a pleasure to purchase from. Extremely friendly and welcoming. No pushy tactics or push for finance. Even though the finance rate was 8% than other car retailers! The car had a slight imperfection on the door which was rectified to a high standard. 12 month free warranty is also a fantastic extra! After sales also fantastic as fault appeared. I'd been to several dealerships to look at used cars before going to test drive one at this branch. This was by far the best experience, a lengthy test drive that allowed me to get to know the car, and helpful, friendly advice with no pushiness from the salesperson, Gabriella.
