So, I recently bought a lovely Jeep from the fine folks at T.I.M. Motors and let me tell you my experience was extremely smooth and enjoyable. The gold medal for customer service? Goes to Ian. Absolute legend.
Not only did he patiently answer my million-and-one questions (with the calm of a monk and the knowledge of a car whisperer) but he even filmed the underbelly of the Jeep like it was auditioning for Top Gear: Undercarriage Edition. Why? Because I couldn’t be there in person. That’s dedication.
Then, he personally delivered the car all the way to Newcastle Upon Tyne. A teeny-tiny cosmetic hiccup popped up after delivery but Ian and his squad fixed it in no time. Top notch rectification job. No drama. No stress. Just pure, unfiltered customer service magic.

Excellent throughout. Great test drive and introduction to car. Discussions about trade in and cost were handled in a very friendly and open way. Post agreeing exchange the work on setting the exchange of personalised number plates was dealt with speedily and skilfully. Extras were again dealt with in a very fair way and my customer satisfaction is vey high. Had one of our fleet vehicles develope and engine management light fault miles away from home. With no support from dealers local to us we spoke with Matt, arranged to get it to him and within a day Matt had arranged for the fault to be investigated, part ordered and vehicle fixed. Professional, friendly and very helpful experience with John in the service department. He kept us updated all the way through the work being done to our Subaru and we could not have asked for better service.

I had a Subaru Tribeca that needed multiple repairs. Matt was exceptionally patient and good at dealing with the issues. Normally no one wants to spend such efforts on used old cars but TIM Subaru at Nottingham did a great job.

Impeccable service! I called just a few hours before closing and they still managed to arrange a same-day viewing for the car. The manager even picked me up from the train station, which was a really nice touch. Overall, a smooth and professional experience—I'd definitely use their service again.

Ian was so pleasant and helpful he made the buying process flow smooth and easy. He took time and explained all the whistles and bells on the car and made sure we were happy. Although he is an hours drive away from us we will be returning when we are looking for our next car.

I can't speak highly enough of these guys, very refreshing to deal with a company that values good old fashioned customer service. Through every step of the process I was made to feel like I was a valued customer, and to be fair, I can't have been the easiest customer to deal with at some points due to my requirements, but this never phased Ian and his team. The whole buying process right through to the well delivered handover of the vehicle and me driving away in my new Isuzu has been made simple by Ian and the team. I will not hesitate to return when my Isuzu needs replacing.

Originally just went in to arrange a test drive which they were able to accommodate immediately. Spotted a different vehicle whilst I was on site & went back later in the day to test drive. Agreed purchase price & p/x same day & collected my car within 3 working days.

Just purchased a used Mazda MX5 from T.I.M. which I would strongly recommend as a genuine and honest car sales organisation. Beforehand I had some reservations as generally don't enjoy buying cars. However, the whole process was painless thanks to Gabrielle's friendly yet professional approach with none of the 'pushy' sales techniques often encountered - we never felt that we were being rushed.
Gabrielle was very knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer our questions with suitable clarity. We were given plenty of time to look over the car and took it on a good test drive.
Car was as per the sales description and in very good condition for the age (16 plate). It was reasonably priced and came with 12 month MOT and warranty and had just been serviced by T.I.M.
Having collected the car the next morning (with almost full tank of fuel provided!) there was an unforeseeable issue with the brakes shortly into the return journey to Gloucester. Took car back and Ian, along with one of the mechanics, went beyond the call of duty to get it fixed so that I could travel home later that day - couldn't have asked for better service.
I would have no reservations in buying another car from T.I.M., the level of service more than justified the distance travelled 🙂.
