I ordered a watch, but unfortunately I was not satisfied with the quality. I exercised my 14-day right of withdrawal.
The company handled the matter fairly and I had several options to choose from.
I chose to return the watch and get a refund. After a few days, the promised amount was returned to my account.
In summary: The watch is in my opinion of poor quality (at least the one I bought). However, the customer service and refund is fair.
Really helful owner with good quality products, also very affordable, would recommend to anybody!
I ordered a 40mm one model with a diamond dial, and they sent me pictures about the dial but its come with 36mm and something different, and got no return and refund
Really nice guys selling quality watches, i had mine for a few months and still is my favorite in my collection.

My order just arrived and I’m so glad i bought this watch. The quality is next level and the just by the touch and feel of the watch you could tell it leans towards high end watches.
The customer service is also worth mentioning, they were responding quickly to my questions and they are very friendly.
I’m definitely going to buy more watches from them.

The service was 100/100 all my questions were answered. Delivery took a little more than expected, however it was well worth it as the quality is even higher than described. Im definitely going to buy again in the near future.
