Excellent experience ordered 14 sleepers online and were delivered 3 days later, the delivery was smooth and the delivery driver was extremely friendly and professional great experience! Would recommend.

Awesome customer service by all at Nottage ,friendly and professional. Boys in the yard go the extra mile to help you , dropping everything to get your wood sorted for you and even put it in your car...really great service and the wood is always of a good standard.

Easy on line ordering process.
Great help and desk and from the lads in the yard.
All Good

usually good stock , competitive pricing, helpful.
1 star off as the website is not up to standards, shows stock so drove there to collect and no stock had to return next day.

Banging service and quality timber with stock that you just can’t get anywhere else at a fair price

Great! The all experience was great! Good customer service and speedy delivery!

Product as expected, delivered in good time.

Good communication and prompt delivery.

Easy to find what I needed, reasonable prices. Helpful staff. A good experience all round.

Great company with great quality products at good prices. They do nationwide delivery too which is useful for items that are more unusual sizes that you can't get locally. Will definitely use them again.

Easy to order online where you can see exactly what they have in stock. Delivery was free, and the 2 guys who delivered the wood were first class, really helpful and friendly. I would definitely use this company again.

Ordered some MDF board online with a cut plan. Everything spot on.

They had what I want at a great price. Local delivery is free when you spend over £100, which is easy nowadays. The delivery person is very accommodating.
I also know that, having visited the yard, they are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Thanks guys!

Quality timber. Driver helpful to bring delivery through.

I ordered 16 sleepers for my project with a cutting list. In their website, it said they usually can deliver with 2-3 working days in my area. However, I waited for a week and still no one contacting me. I tried to call them and finally they picked up my order and started to process. The sleepers were delivered on the 10th day at last. On the other hand, they promised to do the cuts for me but they didn't and I just received the original sleepers. I have requested quite amounts of cuts (14 cuts in total) and fully understand if it is outside their service capabilities. But it is not great that they said yes for all at the beginning but not happening at last without any notice. This is all my review and let the others aware of this. I wish they can improve their services in the future.

Great Quality and Service.

Ease of purchase. Good on-line facilities. Good prices.

Great price, fast delivery.

Found what I wanted easily enough on the website and was able to add request for specific cut to length.

Contacted the supplier via email to ask about best practice use of the product (softwood sleepers) and they responded promptly with great advise.

Product was delivered within a few days with offcuts included.
