Tilia homes have been a disaster for us. Huge number of snags some never resolved. Property purchase still not registered on Land Registry 3years after purchase due to their non response to our solicitors. !!!

Brian Aldridge has been a fantastic help since moving into my new home, whilst there are persistent snagging issues to address he has been nothing but professional and efficient in his approach on dealing with the issues at hand. Great advice for any queries I have had on the property. Would recommend for any snagging resolutions at your property.

I recently moved into my new Tilia home at Furlong Heath. I bought off plan and as such I wasn’t sure of how the property would look inside until later in the build but the Sales Executive, Ellie, was very professional, supportive and informative, keeping me up to date at each stage until completion which helped to make the whole process as stress free as possible.

Recently, we’ve had Peter Woodthorpe in to carry out some work on Tilia’s behalf. His work and attitude are first class. He has a great eye for detail and is painstaking in his work. We have no doubt he is helped by a recent, dramatic and very welcome change in approach from Customer Care which comes from the top. We now feel like Customer Care is actually doing what it says on the tin!! Thank you so much.

Stewart Sellers has just been to attend a few problems that I had. Sorted them out promptly and even took extra customer care and adjusted my kitchen cupboard doors that were a bit wonky!

Worst developers I’ve dealt with. Ongoing issue with 2 properties we’ve recently purchased.

Customers service are useless, promises that are never kept.

I am currently in the process of purchasing my first home at Landimore Park and Alex and the rest of the sales team have been nothing but amazing. They have all been extremely friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful with any queries. They have calmed any nerves I have had and have made my experience a great one so far! Let’s hope the rest of my Tilia journey continues as smoothly.

I would highly recommend buying a house from Tilia. I recently purchased a house in Wellingborough from them and the build quality is amazing. From Kat in the sales office to Andy the site manger the whole team have made the process of buying a new build very easy and will do everything in their power to make sure you are happy with your new home.

From the initial meeting with Ellie around my house purchase to moving in day, Ellie was brilliant and helped with any queries I had - overall ensuring I felt at ease and supported throughout the process. Ellie has always been quick and efficient to respond to emails and calls, and I couldn’t have had a smoother experience to date. We bought a property with Tilia around August 2024 and moved in October 2024.
Beth (Development Sales Executive) was amazing from beginning to end, very polite and could answer any questions we had; even now, she is more than happy to answer any questions / queries we have, or point us in the right direction.
We did have a snag list however, who doesn’t, it’s a new build property and we’re the first people to live in it, there’s always going to be some problems. We had Robert (Customer Service Operative) visit the property today, and he has completed the majority of what was on the list plus a few more things we found. Robert was extremely polite, no question or job was too much trouble, he was very good and we can’t thank him enough!

Faultless from start to finish. I cannot speak highly enough for Ellie who guidesld us through the whole process. It was a pleasure! Thank you!

Robert has visited our property on a couple of occasions to fix defects, he is very friendly and always takes time to explain what he needs to do, his work is of a high standard and he is very respectful of our home, taking time to leave everything clean and tidy. Robert is an excellent worker and ambassador for Tilia Homes.

What a great experience we had with Tilia Homes Kingsway. We meet our agent Paige and she was very helpful, warm, attentive and knowledgeable. Paige looked after us so well, we are looking for a 3 bedroom house and if possible I requested that house is next to my best friend. We thought that it’s not possible at all due to the availability but they made it possible to us. Now we are still on process but they never failed to give us an update about the construction development.
We are very happy and excited to our new home.

Tilia homes maintenance operative Peter has attended our home several times during our 15 months of new home ownership. He has been pivotal in the rectification of the numerous snags we have had and on occasion redoing other operatives work.
Peter is customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to ensure good customer service. He shows care and pride in the work he undertakes.

I have a number of snagging issues towards end of warranty. Dave was able to go through a long list of snagging items carefully and explained to me with his professional opinions. Robert carried out remedial works smoothly and professionally. He finished all the works without making floor messy or dusty. They were polite, kind and helpful. I really appreciate them for making a smooth experience for me.

Tilia homes are terrible. The issues i experience in the house are unending and trying to get it fixed is a joke the customer service will say someone will get back but no one actually does.
