The customer service is amazing. They contacted us one day before the scheduled travel. There were political turmoils and road blocks in Bolivia. There were no buses between Uyuni and La Paz. They offered several booking options. We found a solution immediately. They are so amazing. I would use their services again.

I booked a too expensive bus ticket from Sucre to Uyuni. Unfortunately, the bus was cancelled because of roadblocks. Tickets Bolivia could not refund the ticket, as the bus company mentioned that there was a bus going (of course not true and on a different date as I supposed to go)

There have been many obstacles in our travels here in Bolivia due to the circumstances surrounding the political climate, but the Tickets Bolivia team has been more than helpful in navigating this all along the way! Great customer service!

I received wrong tickets which I hadn't purchased. Customer service via what's app sorted it out and sent me the right tickets within less then a day. Totally uncomplicated and super helpful via what's app!

I paid for a bus ticket on the website and the payment failed. I retried and the second attempt was successful, but then there was a charge attempt from my card which I didn't initiate. Apparently my credit card details were stolen diring the first attempt. The website is not secure or there's a scum copy of this website. Be careful!

TL,DR the transportation company told us that ticketsbolivia sells their tickets with a set time and type of bus, but that time and type of bus is not based on reality. I asked the transporation company a day before about the process and they told me I had to get there 1 hour before the departure time -since it was a busy day- to get on the bus and that there might be a more expensive bus leaving the station at that time. When I got there at said time, they told me that all of the tickets for my bus had been sold and that I had to wait for the next bus, which might be in 1 or 1 and a half hours. I waited for about 45 minutes, standing directly in front of the ticketing booth, with a line of people behind me with tickets from this website on their hands, to have a chance to get on the next bus, and I was sold a ticket, a more expensive one I should add, so I had to pay the difference to get on it.

Es una estafa. Compré un bus de La paz a Lima y me cobraron casi un 50% más. No aclaran que viene con servicio de guía que definitivamente no necesitaba. Es una completa porquería. Además, la compañía de buses de Perú es terrible. El bus se varó en la mitad de la nada por falta de gasolina, lo cual es absurdo. Restrasó el viaje y hablando con otros pasajeros, me dí cuenta del absurdo sobrecosto. NO compren tiquetes usando esa plataforma.

I have booked twice on different routes with this company. In total they made three fatal mistakes in just two bookings (payment incorrect, seat not available at all). Afterwards they could not correct this mistake and I had to travel with a worse connection. Nevertheless, they didn't want to refund the commission or even give me a one per cent discount. They simply assume that nobody will go to court, which is consumer fraud and dubious.

La pagina se croto justo al pagar, me debito pero no cargo como pedido, escribí al soporte y no responden.
