Prompt response to acknowledge my email. My error (I'd made a typo on my email address when buying tickets) was corrected with no questions asked within a couple of days. Total peace of mind and faith in human nature restored. Thanks for being awesome!
Complete SCAM
We purchased tickets for comicon telford. The ONLY REASON the tickets were purchased was because we had NO CHOICE but to purchase them in order to gain access to the joint photo Op with Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder. Now the joint photo op is cancelled and we can’t get a refund for the entry tickets. We have zero interest in any other attractions at the event. We purchased entry tickets SOLELY for the purpose of the joint photo op. Ticket quarter are a selfish organisation that take fans money for opportunities and then refuse a refund when the photo op is cancelled. Seems like quite the elegant scam - promise something, force people to pay for a none refundable entry ticket ON TOP OF THE PHOTO OP PRICE OF NEARLY £200, and then KEEP THE £60 entry fee when cancelling the only thing they were attending for.
Ticket amendment
I booked an autograph ticket instead of photograph ticket for comicon. I emailed to ask if they could change it. Got an email saying email received and would be dealt with shortly. Got a reply 4 hours later. Ticket changed and new one emailed. Exceptional service. Was blown away. It's great to receive superb customer service. Fantastic company.

Ordered Reminisce festival tickets last September and was worried I had not had tickets yet.
Emailed customer services who came back to me within a couple of hours and explained the process and when I should receive tickets.
The next day I got my tickets via email.

Awesome Customer Service
The customer services staff have been awesome! They saved my skin. I was trying to buy two tickets for an event but couldn’t see the purchase going through so I repeated the process. I ended up buying eight tickets on my credit card and panicked! The staff were wonderful refunding the six tickets bought in error. I cannot thank them enough for their courtesy and efficiency and on a Sunday too! So grateful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My elderly parents and I were due to visit Beyond Van Gogh in Aberdeen last Monday but sadly my 80 year old mum was taken into hospital the day before with heart and respiratory illness.
I planned to give the tickets to friends but having read the small print that ticket dates could be transferred in exceptional circumstances and thinking my mum might get better , I asked if I could change dates,
Seven days and two prompts later they finally deigned to reply telling me to read the terms and conditions (which I had, not sure they had)and that I was out of luck.
My mum passed away in the interim so their belated computer generated response was really appreciated as you can imagine.
Never again.

My e-ticket for an exhibition coming up very soon hadn't been emailed. I enquired on Sunday expecting nothing until Monday but I got a response, with my ticket attached, within a couple of minutes. I was well impressed!
Super-Fast Response
I received an immediate reply to my enquiry concerning e-tickets for an Exhibition my wife and I were to attend the next day. Everything was sorted satisfactorily within minutes. Top marks to the Customer Service Team. They truly show up the lacklustre response dished out by other organisations.
