When I signed up for tick blaze the process was so easy and the customer service is great. The platform is very easy to setup and use

Great team and platform
I've been a tickblaze fan for a while now and in a short time they've have really stabilized the platform, added a ton of indicators and algos and have a great support department. I'm super excited for them to launch web and mobile next!

I started using TB as a Charter Member to PropShop.
Within a Month I started requesting that a VERY BASIC UPDATE be made; the PRICE LABEL ALWAYS BE ON TOP!!!!
Who would consider indicator labels to be more important than PRICE!!!!
Price is the most important item on a chart!!!
A year later I am told that there are still many changes ahead of this BASIC REQUEST AND ONE THAT SHOULD NOT TAKE MUCH CODING TO CORRECT...
Also, TB is very clumsy to add entries on the chart!
Many times it take me three attempts to place the order. In a fast moving market, this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for a platform that wants to be the best platform!
Once the order has been placed, it is cumbersome to drag and drop a THIN LINE TO EDIT THE ENTRY!!!
I UNDERSTAND A LOT IS GOING ON TRYING TO BROADEN YOUR MARKET. But you don't want to bring a Mediocre product to an even larger market place do you?

I have TB on a computer and VPN and the software will not place trades on either one. This is using the latest version as well as an older version. Support have no answer to this known issue I'm told. So this has not been a great experience for me.
Don't get me wrong, support are quick to respond, but if they cannot fix the known problems...Well??

The support team are so helpful and very useful especially for beginners. The tools that tickblaze produce are amazing. Overall the company is young but experienced, forward thinking and innovative. They would be a good choice for anyone starting out in trading.

Great platform and community, so many facets to this company that I can’t keep up with them all.
I have family medical problems so my time is limited, I asked customer support a few questions. I got one very brief answer, I then asked about the other questions and more brief answers. Maybe they are busy, I don’t know but surely a bit more courtesy to customers would build confidence in the company. Otherwise it would be 5 stars

I Trade multiple platforms across 5 exchanges for over 6 years now so it's always difficult not to compare them. Each one has it's strong and weak points. Tickblaze is no different. I will continue to use Tickblaze because whatever the platform lacks is made up by the incredible team behind it. I can honestly say the support team is a blessing and more than covers any thing the platform is missing.

Worst trading software . So much slippage and fills issues. Wont be using this software if it was for accounts i have with propshop but this is my last time trying them but honestly have not seen worst managed company.

Very bad experience with it.
The slippage between accounts is so much sometimes 200-300$ difference. Also the fills are so bad. Your ignite copier got in me in trouble because it automatically open opposite positions in different accounts causing hedging flag . When I send snapshot of it to your team on prop shop. They said you had some setting wrongs. Not much helpful at all. I would rather trade my accounts manually then use this ignite copier.

Platform regularly will not open, even after shutting everything down & restarting (including pc), and trying all reasonable actions one would generally try when an app won't open. Further, when I did finally get it to open (had to do a clean install TWICE to make it work), the app states that my PC doesn't meet minimum requirements for Tickblaze to run. This is clearly erroneous, as I have a 2024 Lenovo that is the highest end of everything, and far exceeds not only the requirements, but also the recommendations. Customer service's reaction to this was essentially 'well, as long as it's working at the moment, don't worry about it.'

Stay away while it is still in beta.
It can be so glitchy, it's like fighting with one hand tied behind your back.
You think you are closed out of all positions only to login again and see that new positions have been opened.
If you have the option of using other well established platforms like NinjaTrader, do so especially if you trading for a prop firm.

I can't use the platform. Using it with Propshoptrader. The support is fast, but nobody fix the problem. Tickblaze says, ask Rithmic. Rithmic says, ask Propshoptrader, Propshoptrader says, ask Tickblaze, and Tickblaze says, ask Propshoptrader.
Already for one month it's going on like this... annoying

Extremely disappointing right now, its been over a week since I purchased the Striker software and I still cant get anyone to reach out to help me, only getting you have to reinstall the software again which ive done 3 times now. More importantly, the entire platform wont even open for me now past 3 days since ive been trying to get this Striker system working. I was counting on this to help me trade better and its been a nightmare team. Come on, I rep yall and gotten you several new members and software they've purchased so this isnt a good look or feeling at this point, feel like honestly Noone gives a crap bc ive tired and tired to communicate with your team? Lastly, why have phone numbers if Noone ever answers and there just advertisement AI endorsement for emergency button or free cell phone when I just want my software I paid alot of money for to work. Please advise, thank you for time and help.
