I had two gladiator accounts when pst needed to migrate from Rithmic. For some reason they were unable to migrate my balances which had great balances in the thousands. They never informed me that the migration failed until i asked many times over five weeks. Finally, they gave me reset accounts as "a onetime curtesy" Yeah right give me a break. The metrics in the pst dashboard still weren't right, and in one account I was notified twice, the most recent was today that my account was deactivated for breaking the rules when I hadn't traded that account at all since the so-called reset. I would advise anyone to stay away from this firm.

Staff 5-Stars, Data conversion 0 stars
With 30 years of larger system implementation, migration and data conversion, I would have to say that the Prop Shop Trader data conversion from Rithmic to Tickblaze was a complete disaster. At one point 100% of the data on my accounts was incorrect. The support staff worked closely with me but the issue was corrected only when the accounts open during the data conversion were closed and new accounts were opened which cost me well over $1000. In essence, I had to pay over $1000 because Prop Shop Trader could never fix the mess that was made of the data conversion. So the data conversion gets ZERO stars.
I gave this review 4 stars due to the care and diligence of the support staff. Santiago, Steven and others were patient and responsive even as my frustration grew as the recovery took well over a month. Bottom line is the support staff was great but I am still out over $1000 because Prop Shop could not fix their mistake.
PropShopTrader and Tickblaze Care For Their Customers
PropShopTrader and Tickblaze announced their newest Forge accounts that pay more than their previous version of Gladiator accounts. And for those of us whom owned the legacy accounts were kind of left behind. But wait! The CEO of Tickblaze, Sean Kozak, did not forget us and offered us a large discount so that we could upgrade our accounts without paying a ton more. Miltsa, a manager in Support, made sure my account was properly cared for the upgrade. Thanks Sean & Miltsa! I appreciate your help and a great discount too!
PropShop Hiccups
It's been tough at PropShop with the trading plan changes and platform upgrades. The plans look great, and the platform enhancements are appealing. However, there have been some system hiccups along the way. Fortunately, Steven of customer support has been quick and no-nonsense. He kept me calm with frequent updates regarding resolutions. Everything was eventually resolved with a reset. If you need customer support at PropShop, ask for Steven. He "gets" us. Trading is stressful enough. It's great when support reduces stress instead of adding to it. I'm sticking with PropShop through the upgrades and enhancements as long as Steven is looking out for us.

PST Support is Topnotch
This review is for the great experience I had with PST Support, especially Brian and Steve. Ever since PST migrated to Tickblaze, I have had several issues with my trades on the platform and the PST Dashboard. I opened several tickets and Support has been very responsive. Some got resolved quickly and though some issues still remains unresolved, the reassurance I got that they are working on it is enough for me to stay with Propshop. Hoping their technical team is able to resolve the glitches with the Tickblaze data and platform and be able to synch properly with the PST portal/Dashboard.

I love PST!!!
I live PST! Had an issue with getting the DOM (also known as the price ladder) to accept Level 2 data because I am primarily an order flow trader using the DOM to execute my strategies. Steven answered my question, even hours after the market was closed and I wasn’t expecting a reply until the following day! Thisbolacw really cares about getting right. Steven is proof of that.
