Try to avoid this site . Once you deposit some crypto on this site , they instantly ban you and ask you to pass the KYC . Instead of having some normal KYC system , you will need to send your documents to some random email . The problem is you can’t withdraw your money anymore if you don’t want to send your documents to someone by this strange method . Any other normal site will allow you to withdraw money even if your account is banned or didn’t pass the KYC system .

Unfair treatment after repeated verification requests
On Thunderpick, part of my bets were voided. Even so, I went through a humiliating verification process, with repeated requests for documents and photos, which I successfully completed. After approval, I was able to withdraw part of my funds, but immediately afterwards my account was permanently blocked and the remaining balance was seized.
The company cited a violation of Terms 5.1 and 15.1, which I disagree with and consider unfair. It is very disappointing to go through the entire verification process, get only part of your money, and then have the rest confiscated.
I do not believe Thunderpick acts with transparency towards its customers, and I cannot recommend this platform.

Blatantly not following their own TOS
Today Thunderpick decided to ban my account for breaching Terms & Service. They gave no indication of which specific code I broke but they seized every single dollar in my account. I had only placed 4-5 bets and the vast majority of the funds were deposited and never bet! in the email they sent me they said that in according to TOS they seized the remaining account balance. However, when you control F "seize" in their TOS there is only one instance in this clause "Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate closure and we reserve the right to seize any funds gained as a result of holding multiple accounts." "FUNDS GAINED" I had lost money on the account and the majority of the money had never been bet once! Deposited money is not considered "Funds Gained" under any interpretation. So they are choosing to not give me a reason to return my deposited funds despite there not being any grounds in any part of their own terms of service. Looking forward to a response because this is complete bullshit and unfair to players.
Edit 8/14/2025: have not responded yet. My 14k, 10-11k of which is deposited unwagered funds are still in their hands. Will be reaching out to ESIC and other notable Thunderpick partners. Do the right thing!
Edit 8/19/2025: 12 days later they have not gotten back to me via any method yet. Still have no cause for why my deposit was seized. AVOID this site!

When I was losing, I was asked to verify my identity, which I successfully did. When I started winning, I was asked to verify my identity again, and it turned out that I had failed the verification for a completely made-up reason: a multi-account. I provided all the requested documents for verification, including a video of me writing the date and website name on a piece of paper. However, this is not necessary, as all they need is an excuse to ban you. Anyone who starts winning will be banned.Now my account is closed and I can't even log in, they stole my 5200+ USDT. Forced Verification After Deposits 4600$
I am submitting an official complaint regarding the unjustified delay in completing my account verification process.
I have made seven deposits totaling $3,550, and only after my first withdrawal attempt was I suddenly asked to go through verification. All the requested documents were submitted in full, yet the verification process has still not been completed.
My inquiries to support are always met with generic responses like "please wait" or "your request has been forwarded to the relevant department," without any clear explanation or timeframe.

Incompetent support
One of their agent provided me complete wrong info about wagers and turnover due to which i made a deposit and when deposit the t*c for wager were completely different.
New agent offered me small bonus as compensation but its turnover was x40 which is pretty ridiculous.
Just because they gave me complete wrong info of bonus i made a deposit with atleast 2-3 confirmation and then ended up getting rekt
