Customer Success Rep, Mohammad, was so helpful to me and understanding my situation. He really made my day, and I thank him for helping me out with my subscription issue.

Excellent service with a truly human touch.
I would like to thank the Submagic and Thumbmagic teams for their outstanding responsiveness and support. In a digital world where interactions can often feel automated or impersonal, they manage to preserve a real human dimension in every exchange.

I use a lot of apps as a content creator, and this one is by far my favorite. I LOVE the thumbnail feature! It makes my feed look so professional 😍 and my clients also love the results of their reels as well. Customer service is just the kindest most friendliest I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing product. It is very versatile and easy to work and edit your thumbnails with. In my opinion it beats any other product out there.
