I'm writing on behalf of my granddaughter, daughter and myself. We had Ford Mustang ( daughter), Fast laps (me) and Young Driver. Everything on the day was well organised, all staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great introduction to driving for my 12 year old. She wants to return but only if she can have Pete as her instructor. Also if you want to be surprised/gobsmacked have two fast laps in a completely standard Toyota Corolla. Staggering. Thanks Thruxton.

I've had a number of track days at Thruxton over recent years , every one of these has been excellent. Friendly instructors, a good selection of nicely prepared cars to choose from, and a fast, interesting track to enjoy.

Re Cayman one-2-one experience.
Great circuit with chicane, fast corners and straights.
Good tuition from Gary, I learnt a lot. There’s also a nice cafe and viewing area. Thoroughly recommended.

I recently completed a driving experience at Thruxton Circuit in a Lamborghini. While I was very much looking forward to it, I unfortunately found the experience disappointing.

During the drive, the instructor seated beside me repeatedly used the indicators on the steering wheel to signal to other cars to pass. At the same time, I was told not to check my mirrors, which felt contradictory and confusing. The constant use of the indicators was quite distracting and made it difficult for me to focus properly on driving.
Overall, I felt unable to fully immerse myself in the experience due to the distractions, which was frustrating given how much I was looking forward to it.

Was having a lovely day until my last session in the single seats. I was waved in on lap 4 of my 5 laps.Then l was told l had done 7 laps and should be in trouble. Then he had the audacity to say I wasn’t in control of the car by walking straight in front of me as l was stopping in the pits.lt was only because l had my children and grandchildren there that l over looked it but on reflection I should have reported it straight away. I didn’t get a name but would recognise this person if l saw him again. Really spoiled a nice day out.

Great bunch of people. Did my ARDS course and at Thruxton and what a good course. The instructor was so informative and knowlegable. Five stars.

Had a great skid pan experience with my daughter at Thruxton. Instructor was great and came away with a new knowledge as to the car's limits. Would definitely reccomend.

This was a 16th birthday gift for my daughter a junior driving experience! From the moment we arrived we were looked after by a very well organized team at the registration desk a warm welcome making our visit a pleasurable and enjoyable day out ! Can’t thank them enough! Highly recommended! Stu

Brilliant instructor Shaun. Cars were well maintained. Briefing was also very thorough.

Great environment for all, the instructors ( mine was Nick) and support staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating.
The range of cars and facilities are great, my father and myself had track experiences, also my 12yr old had a young driver experience, she has never been behind a wheel and did brilliantly well, her instructor was so patient and encouraging.
We honestly couldn't have asked for a better day out! Thanks Thruxton.

Amazing experience, really recommend to anyone thinking of doing it! I drove the mustang and it was great fun.

Definitely not worth the money too quick too many cars in the truck at the same time was quite stressful did not enjoy at all

I was given the Tiff Needell Passenger Ride Experience for my birthday and I absolutely loved it. Not only did I get to meet the man himself (which in and of itself would have been enough of a treat), but I was then driven around the race circuit by him at breakneck speeds, all of the while having a good chat, in a BMW M2. At the end of the ride, we then spent a few minutes putting the world to rights in all things related to Formula 1.
To top it all off, the 360 in car video and the professionally taken photos of me in the car with Tiff made a great momento of the three fast laps around Thruxton.
I am told by my girlfriend that I did not stop smiling for quite some time afterwards and rightly so - it was excellent and I thoroghly loved every minture of it. I could not recommend it more.

11/4/26. Thruxton is a great venue,the staff were very helpful and friendly. The track is wide with long sweeping bends where you can drive a lot quicker than you realise on your first couple of circuits. We chose the Porche Cayman one to one experience because we felt it was a great car to drive considering our total lack of fast car experience. Gary our instructor was a fantastic tutor as our lap times improved as we progressed. A great experience.

A great instructor (Gary) to talk through the circuit before handing over to me gave me a better experience than if i had just gone out from the pits with him in the passenger seat like other experiences
