The joy of putting the bean bag beans in with the wife's assistance is immeasurable and bonding . I love the big pockets for my iBrufron ,Twisties and phone . Now If I could just work out how to get up off the floor I'll be laughing like a drain. Bloody great chair and footrest combo cheers

At the time of purchase there wasn’t clear about beans
By the time it had arrived it was to late and my son didn’t get his birthday present still hasn’t got it as it will now cost me 168 dollars to get enough beans sent to the rural town he lives in.

We’re really sorry to hear about your son’s disappointment for his birthday. Unhappy customers, especially kids, are the last thing we want.
We try and make it really clear on the website that there’s no filling included. We do this on the product page, in the images and the FAQ. Finally, it’s included in the order confirmation email, the amount of filling required.
The filling is relatively cheap, about $11 per 100L bag. Delivery to country areas would make it more expensive, so we recommend picking it up from Big W, Kmart or Target.

My only issue was filling it with bead
My only issue was filling it with bead. With the opening at the bottom and back support being sectionalised inside, it made it really hard to fill the whole thing. I don't know if it was an aesthetics choice, but it would more sense to have the opening at the top. I only ended up using 250L of beads instead of the recommended 350L.

As for the bead volume, using 250L is perfectly fine if that works better for you, even though we recommend 350L for a fuller look.

Great customer service. Excellent product little hard to get the beans in however once you do. It's fantastic. My 7 year old son LOVES his. I would buy again.

This is not fit for purpose. It's not a gamming seat. It causes a sore back, not fit for adults as a gamming seat. Still waiting for refund.
