The date booked was not what I selected and I sent an immediate email to cancel. I also called and was told the booking was cancelled. Hours later I got a second confirmation email but no cancellation?

Got confirmation , got to counter to check in , this was an emergency trip for an cancer treatment to Germany , the ticket was nonexistent or cancelled , got stuck in airport in the evening after a all night travel on different flight , this company is a scam or a disaster , stay away I ended up buying a ticket for 3 times the price for next day

Special meal requests did not make it onto our booking. Tickets were issued but at the last minute and only after multiple chats and calls, causing a lot of stress.

Customer service is usually highly-responsive, but not always on weekends
Customer service has been responsive and very helpful in the past, but I did not hear back from them this latest instance for several hours (on a Saturday) when I was trying to use a flight credit from a prior cancelled flight - so I was unable to use the flight credit and had to pay for a new flight and retain the flight credit for future use.

Dear customer, sorry to hear the timing did not allow you to utilize your credit with us this time on an urgent booking. The credit rests with our supplier so we have to manually apply it but we assure you that with a few hours lead time the whole process can be completed handily.

Responsive After My 1st Inquiry
They were responsive after I inquired to find out if the booking was accepted by the airline less than 24 hours from the flight. Not sure when I would have heard from them had I not reached out first. Did have some issues checking in, but resolved it between the airline and Thrive. Overall a positive experience.

After booking , advised reservation not eligible for frequent flyer recognition/ status. This should be advised at point of sale.
Update. Thrive travel reached out and corrected the situation which is good customer service.

Extremely disappointing experience with Thrive Travel.
Just a few hours before our scheduled departure, Thrive Travel contacted us saying there was a “disruption” with our flight and that the flight was being cancelled. The explanation was very unclear, and I still do not understand what exactly the alleged disruption was or why our booking had to be cancelled.
What made the situation even more frustrating is that the alternative flight they offered us was approximately $500 more expensive. We were left with very little time to make other arrangements, despite the fact that we had not requested any change to our booking.
