Well I referred a friend. She won a 100 bucks. They redeemed her instantly. She won again this time a little more than the 100. Well let's just say they didn't redeem her instantly and it's been 38 hours later and still hasn't been paid. They keep telling her it will be soon and it's not. I wouldn't recommend anyone play with these people unless you want to wait and wonder when you will be paid. If not paid soon we will be contacting the Internet crime complaint center.

Redemption was advertised as instant, but I had to send an email to verify my payment since it was my first time redeeming. I expected the process to take days like most other sites, where my verification email would usually disappear into a black hole. If I could give zero stars I would. After spending tons of money last month I asked for my account to be closed for responsible gaming. Today, Thrillcoins support reached out to me via email telling me they missed me and would give me a bonus to return. I accepted and told them my account was closed so it would need to be reopened. I logged in, played the bonus and purchased a package. I won a little on the package and then my account was locked again. They reached out to me to reopen it, allowed me to buy a package, closed it, and are only refunding the cost of the package. They should have never reached out to me in the first place.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been waiting 11 days for my account to be verified. I am lied to by customer service every day and am now being retaliated against. They discriminate, lie and ignore customers when they have a large amount to redeem. Do not play here! If you go through chat, they lie and tell you something different every day. The only other contact they are willing to provide is the support email that has ignored me for 11 days and countless emails.

I have had a great experience here so far! I am new to using the Thrillcoins platform but just got my first redemption! I reached out to support and Ana was fantastic!! She was patient, very professional, kind and courteous and answered all of my questions. Never made me feel rushed and submitted my ticket for my proof of payment to the redemptions team and it was smooth sailing from there! I would say within 30 mins of talking with Ana, my redemption was approved and I received it in my bank account! I will continue to play with Thrillcoins amd I recommend you do too!

UPDATE- they finally “manually” reviewed my account and paid me, but it took Sweepsguard stepping in. I 100% believe they would have drug this out further without their help. That being said, they do pay, but not without a fight. Be careful depositing and playing here.

I successfully verified through Veriff, only to be told I now have to wait for a manual KYC review before I can redeem. No timeline was provided. What makes this especially frustrating is that I already verified when I opened the account. I've redeemed from many social casinos and none have made the process this difficult. It's hard not to notice that the extra hurdles appeared when it was time for them to pay. I'll update this rating when/IF I ever receive my winnings.
