I have fallen in love with the way my skin looks and feels after using Three Ships products. Their customer service is exceptional. I have contacted them with questions and an issue with a bottle. They responded quickly and my issue was taken care of.

I asked for help and actually received a timely reply!! I am very impressed with the products and customer support!!

There kind and honest and helpful i understood that all there ties were tied up for the year and I like that they explained that to me and also wished me good luck with my diagnosis and offered the soothing product line to me and I agreed I would love to try it so at the end of the day it was bc of them taking the time to explain i was late they already had all there ties tied up and wished me luck with my health and still offered me product to try myself the soothing product line with is more then exceptional they could have just said no and left it at that but they didnt they deserve the score I gave them thanks again xo

I’m so pleased with this natural skin care line. It’s gentle and effective , my skin looks and feels great and bonus that they’re from T.O. A Canadian skin care line . I’ve stopped using all the chemical induced products that made my skin break out . Customer service is excellent as well . Order their trial kit that’s what I did . I’m very happy with three ships . Please Keep the prices accessible for all women !

I received a Trial Kit that was supposed to last 2 weeks - they only lasted 5 days as the tubes I rec'd were only 1/2 full of product. They quickly replied to emails AND sent me a 2nd Trial Kit free of charge!! Customer service is 100%

I'm surprised this company has high ratings. I researched and decided on Three Ships Beauty. Firm Believer jar too large for little product, doesn't pump when quite a bit left. Jelly drops pulls up very little. I'm a senior without sensitive skin, but I started breaking out with acne. I finally realized it was Firm Believer. Stopped and skin cleared up. I wrote company, but they are VERY slow to reply and both times said it was my email, which it is not. Still waiting for reply and I'll see if they do anything, then maybe I'll upgrade review.

I had a simple question, and customer service replied quickly and went above and beyond what I expected them to do. I have been using Three Ships products since almost their beginning, and have always found they truly care about their customers. Full transparency and genuine care are rare, and so refreshing!

i purchased the trial kit which i found to be great products.After using the product for a few days i had a reaction and was not able to continue using it.i contacted the company and immediately this situation was dealt with .I would highly recommend this company they definitely put their customers first.Julie offered me a new line of product for sensitiveskin as well

I loved the trial kit so much so that I ordered it twice to make sure it really worked for my skin (rosacea, dry and sensitive) so I ordered the sensitive products. Should have stuck with the basics as the sensitive line made me flare up and stung my skin. Still a great product and am thinking about ordering the items in the kit, but not until my skin calms down.

I have very breakout prone skin and have tried many many skin care products with varied results. After trying Three Ships trial kit, I am very impressed, impressed enough to order the full size. Breakouts have diminished, are less ‘angry’ when they do appear and clear up overnight. Fingers crossed this keeps up with ongoing use. I also needed some assistance and received a very prompt and helpful response.

I ordered the trial kits for myself and my niece we both saw good results within a week so ordered the full size. I have rosacea that was in remission for years but recently re-occurred and within a week of using the trial kit it is gone again. We also had an issue with shipping that was totally on my end and customer service sorted it out for me very quickly. 😊

I have been wearing Three Ships for over 3 years now. I will never wear anything else, especially for moisturizer. Ive tried most of their products and it's the best thing for my skin, especially because your skin changes as you get older. I love that its run/founded by women and it's Canadian! The customer service is great - prompt and easy.

I loved the trial but went on the website to order and felt a different product would be better for me. When I used it for 3 weeks and didn’t love it like I did the trial products this company made it right. Their 30 day satisfaction is real and I appreciate their integrity. A company truly for their consumers!!
