Saad from Threecolts / InventoryLab is absolutely phenomenal! He has helped us with so many different issues, and every single time he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is fully resolved. What I appreciate most is that he never just gives us a quick answer—he takes the time to thoroughly explain what happened, why it happened, and what we need to know moving forward. He is incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping us. No matter what issue we come to him with, Saad always makes the process so much easier and makes sure we feel completely taken care of. Customer service like this is extremely hard to find. Mert was awesome! He took extra time to explain the various rules and walked me thru everything, even staying on the call to make sure the repricer was working properly. I totally recommend giving this repricer a shot.

I have recently had a major security breach personally. And the breach points to this company. “threecolts.com”. You’ll also notice that there’s no phone number for this company. No real test cases. And I’ve also contacted two of the companies they claim to service. And they confirmed are NOT clients if THREE COLTS’ services/ software. I strongly believe that the TrustPilot reviews are also fake. Look how generic the site it, and look how generic the comments are. Beware that this company is fake. DONT fill in any of their forms online.

Price point is very fair considering the many features included in their platform that is very helpful for new online sellers like myself, Customer support handled my recent billing request in a timely and considerate manner.

I am a picky, 19+ year software engineer.
I've used many similar software products, and this one is truly my favorite. So well done, good user experience, great training materials, quick and thoughtful customer service. A+++

Fixed my email follow up with seller central to ensure review requests are going through my account. Support Rep was communicative and kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend!

They were amazing and patient

I had a really positive experience with Threecolts and their customer support team.

While the software itself looks powerful and useful, it ended up being a bit too expensive for me right now as a smaller seller. I had intended to cancel before my trial ended but missed the timing and was charged.

I reached out to support, and they were extremely understanding and responsive. They quickly helped cancel my subscription and issued a refund without any hassle.

That level of customer service really stood out to me. Even though I’m not using the software at the moment, I would definitely consider coming back in the future as my business grows.

Started the 30 day trial and so far so good! I had a question about something and customer support jumped right onto the chat and helped me right away.

Save your money and time. This software is a complete waste now. They don’t offer what they contractually tell you they offer. Creating shipments in Inventor Lab is a waste time with all the errors. The account is always off and incorrect. It’s been a constant stream of issues since 3Colts took over and it’s just getting
worse.

They also are offering people a $50.00 card or a free month to leave positive reviews. I’m pretty sure the FTC would consider that deceptive advertising.

Your reply that you don’t offer gift cards for reviews is blatant lie.
