Our records indicate that you contacted our support team on 3 June regarding cancellation and were assisted by Aks. The chat logs confirm that you successfully cancelled your subscription and expressed gratitude for the support provided.

As a subscription-based service, charges recur until the subscription is cancelled. Your subscription started at the end of May and cancelled in early June, there were no further charges incurred after the cancellation.

We acknowledged that our previous cancellation process wasn't as clear as it should have been. To address this issue, we've made significant improvements by adding a prominent cancellation button to the account management page.

Regarding the issue you mentioned about certain pages being searchable, we understand how important it is to have a seamless searching experience. We apologize if you encountered any inconvenience in this regard. We currently have over 1100 domains that can be scanned across 9 countries. Our team actively works to enhance this list to ensure a comprehensive search experience for our customers. If you have any suggestions that you’d like to see added, we do encourage domain requests and regularly add domains that are compatible with TA.

Additional charges for domains only come into play if a customer wants to scan a domain that isn’t available in our list of over 1100. Our pricing structure is designed to reflect the value and resources required to offer the best service possible and a comprehensive domain list, while keeping in mind that not all sites are scannable. We always strive to be transparent about our pricing.

We’re disheartened to hear that you felt our customer service was not up to your expectations. We take pride in delivering excellent customer service, and your experience does not align with our standards. We would like the opportunity to rectify this and address any concerns you may have had.
