One of the items does not fit. The customer service rep handling my order decided to tell me that product runs true to size and they never have problems. That has nothing to do with the product not fitting me. I think the rep could have done a better job with helping me rather than making it out to be my issue.

I have used Threaslogic for a number of years now. I have had a consistently positive experience with them.

They did a great job with my order. I only had 10 items, each item was a different, and they all turned out great. The order arrived when they said it would. I really like how they offer national brand clothing like Carhartt.
