I ordered these jackets for our mid-levels. They loved the material and how the jackets fit.

We purchased the firm's holiday presents for our Principal Architects and theentire Thread Logic experience from order to delivery was top-notch. From the prompt email communication to the preproduction embroidery approval to our amazing customer service rep (Susan Samuelson), the entire process was seamless. They are exceptional to work with. They are immediately responsive with a confirmation of our order. I had a few detailed questions relating to the color of the thread, and they were very responsive, informative, and more than willing to discuss. When I had questions as to the look of the finished product, my contact there took a picture with her own cell phone, and to be honest, seeing it like that was very reassuring that what we ordered was going to look fantastic, which it did. I was very impressed with their follow up and openness to talk. You really need good communication in this area of design.

My experiences with this company have been great. They do great work, at a good price. Their clothing lines are great, and everything I have wanted, I have found. Wish their turn around time was better, but that's just a small nitpick item on my part as I know their work takes time.

This is my second time ordering from this company. There was an issue with sizes on the first order but this one all the clothing were true to size and fit our staff great. I look forward to ordering from them again.
