Not worth applying anymore over 21days no feedback on progress
3 weeks 4 days after loan in New Zealand application and they did not provide me with any sort of feed back on why it was taking so long to process it. I have found out they have one staff member for all the loans and he is behind and over stressed. this finance company is not worth contacting any more after 15 years of being a loyal customer I could never recommend them to anybody at all

Appalling, Incompetent and Rude
What an appalling, incompetent and rude organisation. Settle a loan on Wednesday and threaten to process us as a bad debt two days later, after a direct debit fails owing to their using incorrect details. Especially disgusted with the smug ‘debt collection’ staff member I spoke with to resolve the matter. Once bitten, twice shy - directed our broker never to use them for our finance again.

I went through a broker which was Yakka finance. Found them on a web search. Specifically, James was my contact, he was excellent, he listened to the request, acted accordingly and kept me informed at every step in the process. The deal had some twists and turns however he was all over it and got it sorted quick smart. Thorn finance also acted quickly with each step. I’ve dealt with many years of finance business and this was a refreshing experience with very professional people.

Everytime I try to call, it asks to leave a voicemail and I never get a call back. Called 3 times in 1 day, with no response.

Silent Investor
I set up a business, a trust, bought a van, got insurances, registrations and government compliances. I dealt with a broker so had very little contact with the lender - which was one less thing to deal with. All I can say is that they came through for me quickly and quietly.

Had to spend hours on the phone to my car insurer, just to make pointless changes. Super frustrating.
