Good products at good prices, well-packaged. The only disappointment is the extent of the items in the Thompson catalogue that are back-ordered and unavailable for lengthy periods of time. I realize... Vis mer

Great cigars and customer service.

Great cigars and customer service.

I ordered by phone the Bandero combo pack. The man I was talking to on the phone was very polite very helpful very knowledgeable. He let me know that it may take 8 to 12 days for my cigars to arrive. I actually got them in four days that to me is great Service.

Thank you
