Always had good service and good quality food. Online customer only so far.

I have had quite a few orders from here now, and they have been completely consistent in their very high quality. That is both the product, and the packaging/delivery. Absolutely zero mess ups, or let downs.

They do specialise in prime cuts from premium animals, and maybe it would be nice to be able to get more cuts for stews and pies etc.

Specific highlights have been the French chickens, pork shoulder, lamb shoulder and various dry aged steaks.

I really believe that everything is done to the highest ethical standards. As an ex chef I can sadly testify how rare that is in butchery, even top end.

Excellent Steaks
The service from Thomas Joseph butchery was absolutely amazing. I accidentally selected delivery for next Saturday instead of this Saturda but Charli the young lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to arrange next day delivery for me

Charli was so pleasant and lovely to speak to. She even included a birthday message for my son as I had ordered a couple of steaks for him.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I will definitely be using Thomas Joseph again and again. Highly recommended!

Exceptional quality meat and consistently reliable service. I’ve ordered from Thomas Joseph Butchery a number of times now and have been really impressed with both the quality of the produce and how dependable the service has been.

What has particularly stood out, though, is the support from the staff. They’re genuinely helpful, responsive and clearly care about making sure customers have a great experience.

Really excellent butcher and one I’d happily recommend.

I am incredibly passionate about the meat I buy and cook. For me, it is about far more than simply preparing a meal. It is about the relationship you build with the ingredients, the cooking process, and ultimately the reward that comes from doing it well.

We recently purchased a beautifully aged 1.2kg Porterhouse steak and an aged pork shoulder roast. The moment I opened the packages, I could see, feel, and smell the care, skill, and dedication that had gone into preparing the meat. It immediately commanded respect, and I knew it deserved to be treated with the same level of attention in the kitchen.

After some careful and precise cooking, we were rewarded with two of the finest pieces of meat I have ever eaten. At 65 years old, I have enjoyed my fair share of exceptional meals, so that is saying something.

I will definitely be back for more. Thank you for the care, passion, and pride you put into your products. It truly shows in every bite.

I’ve placed a couple of orders here for some expensive cuts of steak, pork and some other meats. The quality has been excellent, the boxes were packed well and arrived still chilled on time. Highly recommend.
