Order #1997 placed on 19 December for two tinctures. Order confirmation received, but no delivery, no dispatch notification, and no further communication since.
I have contacted the company twice via the website contact form and received no response. I understand Christmas can cause delays, but the complete lack of communication after multiple attempts is disappointing.
At this point I cannot comment on the product itself, only on the service, which has been poor due to no fulfilment or reply.
UPDATE: 20/01/26. No contact, have initiated a chargeback with bank. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

The products are great, specially the decaff drink!

Brill service
I’ve purchased off Greenhaus a fair few times now and they are always so helpful. You don’t get them like these guys nowadays. Really good prices as well, saves me loads of time researching supplements etc.

Your order was placed on June 16th, and sent on June 17th via Royal Mail with the tracking provided on your dispatch email.

Very high quality product
I purchased bamboo screens from Greenhaus. The products are of a very high quality. Very robust. Well made. I followed up with Greenhaus to ask for tips on installation. Gerald from Greenhaus was extremely helpful, providing good advice in a prompt way.
