Hi I received my order today. It was City Rhythms Marthas Vineyard. I have ordered before and loved all 4 of the fragrances I bought. But this one there has to be something wrong with the batch, it smells like nothing, theres barely a smell to it. It smells nothing like the sample I have smelt before. I have checked online comments and people have said the same, i'm not sure if there is something wrong with the new batches but theres barely any smell. I want to return it and either get my money back or you could send me one that actually smells like the fragrence it should, so please smell it before you send me an exchange if not just refund me. I have put in a returns request.

Was going to give it a good review, got the package within days of purchase. But when i got it and noticed the fragrance that was an Extrait barely smelled for 2 hours and costed me about 250€ and contacted them to say i got a bad batch cz i know how long it should smell since I’ve tried it before, and asked for a solution, I’ve been ghosted.

Absolutely not recommended! I ordered an item before Christmas, it was supposed to be shipped after Christmas. The store changed the shipping date with no communication. FINALLY I got the package AFTER 5 WEEKS. As an apologize I received 10% discount... but it's either 10% or free shipping XD thanks you can have this 5euros. Additionally, the store doesn't provide legal fiscal documents.

I don't know why the reviews were this bad here on Trustpilot. My delivery was delivered in 2 Days (I live in Southern Germany for reference) and sent off at the same day that i ordered it.

! Conclusion: Do not order from this shop if you do not want to wait weeks for your order or a refund. Until the matter is resolved, I believe this is likely to be a case of fraud !

On January 1, 2026, I ordered two fragrances that were listed as “in stock” at the time. On the same day, about 8 hours after placing my order, I received an email notification that my order had already been shipped. I was surprised that the shipment was so fast, but didn't think much of it.

After seven days, the order status in the Shopify app had not changed from “waiting for details” so I wrote an email inquiring about the order status. I have not received a response to this email to date.

Three days after sending this email, I tried contacting them via live chat on their website and was told that the order would be delayed due to the Christmas season and snowstorms in Europe. This information also sounded plausible to me, so I accepted it.

On October 17, 2026, I inquired again via live chat, as I still couldn't see any change in the situation. The renewed delay was suddenly attributed to problems with logistics and data processing, but again, no specific shipping date was given.

On January 21, 2026, I contacted the company one last time and clearly stated that I would give them until January 29, 2026, to ship my order. I also wrote that if the order could not be shipped by the specified date, I would like to cancel it. I have not yet received a response to this message, which I sent to them both via live chat and email. Furthermore, I have not received a shipping notification or the goods to date and have now contacted my bank to request a refund.

! Conclusion: Do not order from this shop if you do not want to wait weeks for your order or a refund. Until the matter is resolved, I believe this is likely to be a case of fraud !

Bought a perfume here before Christmas and I thought they were takeing long about 2 weeks later it said my order has arrived and I didn't get anything from them no perfume i contacted nose notes and they have ignored me they have took my money and i tried getting a refund but could not get one definitely don't recommend buying from this site

Placed an order. Got an order confirmation email. Also got a shipping notification but without a tracking number. I asked for the tracking number.
Store ignores Chats and emails as well. I've been waiting since 18. December and sent two reminders. Still no reply at all. Not even an automatically notification that they got my email.

Update: after several weeks they replied to one of my chat attempts. Excusing the delay due christmas holidays and bad weather conditions. Also said they'd be able to ship a few of the ordered items and asked if I'd want to wait for the restock (but received a shipping confirmation for the whole order weeks ago).
I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. No reply. But got another shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Checked the number and realized the order hasn't even been shipped. Postal service was waiting for the package.
Filed a complaint at my credit card company and informed nose & notes about (as usual by email and chat). No respond but got a refund confirmation mail and indeed got my money back after a few days.

Bestilte 5 samples som kom på 3 dage, god oplevelse.
Tænkte jeg ville smide et godt review nu hvor det var godt så der ikke er 0 anmeldelser og så andre kan handle trygt her. Det er fedt at kunne sample parfumer der ikke findes i Danmark uden at skulle bestille det fra england og betale told. Kan personligt anbefale city rhythm Miami den er lækker
