I have the 24/7 classic t-shirt bra and yes, it's super lightweight and comfy but there is no 'headlight' coverage at all - why call it a t-shirt bra? Also the strap adjustments don't stay in place and I have to cinch them tighter before every wear. Not worth the price IMO.

I'm 70 and I have an awful time with strapless bras, I just received my first one from Third Love and I'm so happy, I have no gaping , overspill and so far it's comfortable, I'll definitely be ordering another one in beige.

I’m bought bras from Third Love for a long time and they’re the best I’ve ever used. Recently a third party app changed my default address to my sister’s residence and she received my bras. She’s 84 and in a retirement facility with no car. She had no idea what happened to the package. So Kat at Third Love arranged for a replacement which was SO sweet and helpful!

Getting to chat with Emma made me feel confident about the size to choose and informed me about which bra would work well for me.

I always buy Third Love T shirt bras so when I got an email today about the sale i was thrilled as regular price is high. But when i went to order, wow Quite the Bait and Switch. Six colors were on sale and, yup, all six were out of stock. The full price ones were available, of course.

They have a really great product and offer excellent customer service when there are any isssues. I have been purchasing their bras since they started. Great concept.

I love third love bra's they are just so nice, and the customer service is above and beyond, if you have an issue with anything you have ordered they will do everything to help resolve any issue that you may have!

I Love third love bras because they have wonderful products and 1/2 size cups.. My whole life I was a 32 under my bust. But, if I try on 32 C, the cup size is too small. If I try on a 32 D, the cup size is too big. If I try on a 34 C, the under the bust is too big. Third Love is the only bra in 32 C 1/2 that actually fits me.
The customer service is also first rate!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered on May 1 and it is currently May 9 and the item has just now made it to the carrier. I reached out to ThirdLove, but was basically treated as if I had no idea what “business days” were. I tried to cancel my order before it even left the facility, but was told to just ship it back when received. I will never purchase from this vendor again.

Using the personal fitting over the phone gave me the answers to all my needs.
I had ordered online, and Gloria helped me to determine which size I really wear now and how to adjust what I already own for a better fit. (Our bodies do change).
Don’t give up, your perfect and comfy bra wardrobe is out there.

This is the second time I order from ThirdLove.
First time my bra was a perfect fit and it lasted for 3 or 4 years. It was my favorite, then I gained some weight and I bought a few bras, different brands, for a few years but I could never find one as comfortable as the one from ThirdLove. I just ordered from ThirdLove again, a bigger size which was the wrong size. After I used the size calculator I realized I ordered the wrong size based on what I bought from the store. I texted to the number provided on the website and the associate initiated my exchange process in less that 5 minutes.
I hope the next ones ( I'm ordering two bras) will fit as perfectly as my old one.

These bras are exceptionally comfortable. That is true. They also start falling apart in less than a year of normal use and gentle washing. I am so disappointed. I have three different styles. They start out great but become much less comfortable as they age rapidly. Now there are mulitple problems. The stitching is coming undone. Fabric layers splitting at folds and separating. I have bras I have owned for many, many years that are in better shape than my newest ThirdLove bras. These are too expensive to be replaced so quickly.

I previously ordered bras from them. I haven't had any issues so when I saw an email that promoted 50% off, I thought great! The terms stated "Buy one or more full priced bra and get 50% off one full priced bra with code XH6SD3. The 50% off offer will apply on the item of least value in cart. Offer valid through 4/21/2025 at 11:59PM PST. Apply discount code at checkout. Taxes, shipping, and other fees are excluded from any discount. Not combinable with other discount codes or in-cart tiered discounts. Offer excludes non ThirdLove-branded merchandise. Offer not valid at ThirdLove retail locations. Limit one redemption per cart and one use per customer. ThirdLove reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time." When I tried to use it for the bra in my cart it wouldn't work, so I contacted customer service. After DAYS of going back and forth they finally said the code only worked with 2 bras, even though it says one OR more, not buy 2 get one half off. They finally ened the customer service by saying the following:
"Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate the support and suggestions we receive. I'll be happy to pass this feedback to our Marketing Team! However, the promotion was for two bras and to get 50% off one full-priced bra. The 50% off offer will apply to the item of least value in the cart.

I have reviewed this with my Leadership Team and they let me know that we are unable to provide a courtesy to apply this to one bra. While we understand you feel this is a courtesy we should make, it is not a courtesy that we can provide. I'm happy to pass along your feedback to my team as we are always looking to improve our company policies and procedures.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns, we would be happy to answer them. Thank you for reaching out to ThirdLove!"

The terms never said a word about buying 2 as you see above. I will never purchase from them again as I dont support companies who commit to false advertising.

**update** The review team contacted me and worked to make it right. I appreciate their willingness and understanding to work with me considering the unclear wording of the promotion. I changed their rating from 1 to 3 because they did make it right, but this was after I went through customer service and everything about the wording and was told basically sorry, not our problem. They only cared when the review was posted to BBB. I do wish I could give a separate 5 stars to Olivia the CX Support Team Manager because she was great.

Okay, I’m legit in love with ThirdLove! Their bras fit like a dream, are crazy comfy, and actually last -- plus tons of sizes to choose from. You gotta check them out—5 stars, no question!

Great quality excellent customer service unfortunately I had to return it was to small

I have been wearing ThirdLove bras for almost a decade. Their fit is INCREDIBLE (they even have half cup sizes!) and the quality and comfort of their bras is unmatched. I have struggled to find a bra in my large size that was actually cute, and ThirdLove's lined and unlined bras make me feel confident. 100/10 recommend!

The best bras I've ever worn. I took their bra fit quiz and realized I had been wearing the wrong size since I had my kids. It was a game-changer! The bras are also very high quality and last forever even though I wear them as my every day bras.

ThirdLove is terrific. The products are high quality and thoughtfully made, and they're truly made to last. Their sizing information is extremely helpful on their site, and their virtual fitting room helped correct my size to find a better fit. Their customer service team is also very helpful in answering fit questions and assisting with returns and exchanges. I would highly recommend this brand!

I have worn my bras now for 4 months and noticed dark stains under my arms on the sides of the bras. I contacted Third Love and basically they offered me a 20% off coupon on my next purchase. I sent them photos of my bras, described how I wash my undergarments in a mesh bag, gentle cycle and only air dry (never in a dryer). This company does not stand behind their products or they would be replacing my bras. Please do not waste your money and purchase other quality bras elsewhere. A poor, poor company.

Firstly, I have always loved Third Love. Their products are amazing. I ordered an item today and realized that my mailing address, an hour after the purchase, was incorrect. 2 addresses were somehow purged together. I would never have received it, ever. The rep put in another order for me with the correct address and didn’t charge me for it. I promised to send one of them back if I get 2. What amazing customer service at Third Love! ❤️
