Munisa was a great help at the beginning. Only glitch was with Canada Post delivery system. It took 24 hrs to get problem resolved which was where they said they delivered it to. Finally delivered it to my doorstep and the product I ordered was perfect & as I had ordered it. Thank you. D

From selecting an item from the online catalogue to receiving my order, it was quick & seamless. I appreciated the help in customizing my design, as well as confirming my shipping requirements to ensure I received the item on time. Overall, a great experience. Very happy with the product I received.

I ordered some magnets for my fridge. Things Engraved sent me a mockup to confirm they were to my liking. They then made the magnets and followed up to ensure delivery was satisfactory. Very nice experience.

My experience with Things Engraved was great! The only reason for the 4 stars was that I was very unsatisfied with my original order the colour was not at all what the online image and mock up looked like. However, their customer service to rectify the situation was excellent! They were understanding of my issue, responded quickly to my complaint, and ensured I was satisfied with the new product. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for custom engraved merchandise.

I thought online ordering may be problematic but I was wrong. Communication was great - sent in my design - received a proof and made some corrections -received the final proof and received my order in 10-12 days ( this was during holiday season).

Whole process was So quick and easy from start to finish! From approving the design and turn Around to sending it out.

The quality of the items is great. We can contact the team via email to get the design mock up confirmed before printing. They team diligently followed up to get my design confirmed. I had a bulk order with different items with each item having different printing and different quantity. I got the correct numbers for each type and printing ordered all matching correctly. The only confusion happened was due to the many bulk orders, they mentioned the production stopped, and would not be able to continue my order, but 2 days later confirmed they had the order back in production. Since the numbers were in bulk, I got the delivery in 2 packages. Though I did expedited shipping, I got only 1 package on the expected day, the second package arrived a little late on the next day. But overall I'm happy I got all my pieces intact and in good quality.

The product is perfect. Just disappointed that it did not arrive prior to Christmas as promised.

Incredible experience! I received an email within an hour after I placed my order to confirm the mock up, and the order was shipped the following morning. It arrived in the time it said it would and the engraving was perfect!
